- This is a brief video of the 3D printed ships I have printed for use in my gaming groups full thrust games. They are printed to be compatible with the scale used in Fantasy Flight’s Star Wars Armada. The stands with the dials are a custom design by bwreynolds on shapeways and are built to assist new players with course changes and firing arcs in Full Thrust. What they did with that small budget and video toaster back in the day was great plus Ted Turner coming to the rescue when the show was canceled.

Now here's a challenge: print a shadow ship!
Too easy. A death cloud...complete with the cloud around the frame...
or just a fried Giant Tarantula

How can I get my hands on some of these? I got two Olympus' and two Novas from Shapeways, but the full thrust Hyperions were super tiny.

Agent One (formerly of the defunct Agents of Gaming, the company that made B5 Wars for years) still sells remaining minis inventory for the game (and others) over at his shopify store. TH-cam is blocking direct links but a search should turn it up easily enough.
If you're interested in any of the old Starship Troopers figs there, I would advise checking Rebel Miniatures first, their prices are generally better and the castings are newer. They have the minis rights for the ex-Mongoose figs these days, although they're all under other names since SST wasn't part of the deal.

Oh they definitely are not. Some of them are old prints that I’ve since changed the size on but mostly the scale I follow with my fleets are “what looks good next to Star Wars armada” which follows a sliding scale that lets you easily put ships of quite different lengths next to each other and still be entertaining
....there's a reason to sound check your setup *before* making the video, mate
That's fair criticism. watch some more recent videos and tell me if its gotten better.
