Every 90 rolls is a guaranteed 5 star. Pulling 500+ times to hit 5 star guarantee around 5 times to get ONE Diluc is not lucky in any way. However, Kanae’s tone was one of someone who got lucky and that’s what my comment is poking fun at.

Reaching 5 pity to get 1 Diluc is pretty lucky. Each time you reach the pity, the chances for a specific 5 star is still really low. (Can't remember the percentage, but 50% goes to Venti, other percentages is spilt among the 6 five stars present.)

after knowing a little bit more about genshin impact and rewatching this clip, I think I'm just content with seeing people playing it. yeah, I'm broke so I should act like it.
The game's actually super fun as an FTP for now. It eventually dries up when you finish the current story content and explore everywhere, since most of the repeatable content is time-gated, but the dozens and dozens of hours before you reach that point are still worth it.
Five-star characters are basically non-existent as an FTP though, yeah. I came to terms with that early on, aimed for random four-star waifus instead, got myself a full team of them without paying a cent, and now I'm unhealthily attached to all of them.
@@66maybe66 that's just how a lot of gacha games turn us, an unhealthy fan of multiple waifus and husbandos 😂 I'm still good on not jumping into the hype tho, because I don't have a good enough PC or phone to play it on.
@@qiqinightstar7013 I introduced this game to some of my casual friends, and they actually haven't rolled any characters yet. They think Amber, Kaeya and Lisa are the only playable characters, and they're having such a blast and a good time.
Meanwhile, after 100 rolls I still haven't gotten my chuuni waifu Fischel. Ignorance really is bliss.
