In his voiceline about Hu Tao, Xiao states that she's "irritating but also humorous". Add this to him getting along with Venti and it just seems he likes being around gremlins.
I can add a fact that helps understand this case, since Xiao is ISTJ, his weak sides of personality type would be supported by the opposite one - enfp. Hu Tao and Venti are both ENFP, so they are actually quite perfect together, as opposites do attract. It doesn't always work per say, but in this case, when neither side is mean nor aggresive - it works ^^

I love how they reintroduce each other under their new names. Its frankly one of the coolest thing I’ve seen in the games. Like, they heard about the incidents in the other’s nations and understood that they didn’t go by the name they once called each other so they just reintroduce each other and act like they meet the first time 😭
I loved this entire interaction so much. I couldn’t help but notice how everything got a lot more relaxed and less formal after Venti joined, he seems to be good at that. It was also super funny to see Zhongli and Venti act like they were “new friends”😂 Poor Xiao

this was the best collection of different characters ever, and the appearance of Venti and his conversations with Zhongli inspire and make you want to continue playing genshin impact
There is one funny thing which happened but most people didn't notice. U can notice that Venti made wind's sound with his mouth at the beginning not just literal wind sound with his element. That's when everyone recognised someone was outside. Venti had to do this because Zhongli deliberately somehow stopped the sound of the wind which Venti later implied.
It so sweet that they all recall each other from every event and story. The Drink-Making Event and Irodori Event. But they kept the description general so new player can understand as this event just could happened offscreen.
I know right Well, atleast we now know that Paimon is more connected to time than the celestials or the moon sisters which could mean she is the goddess of time herself, although likely not since we have heard her voice in the end of the sumeru quest, or one of the shades of Istaroth/one of the thousand wind and time And with Venti being Venti, he probably had his suspicion the first time he looks at her since he ruled mondstadt with the goddess of time and totally kept it a secret BUT SERIOUSLY THOUGH WHAT IS HE HIDING?? Paimon was sealed at the nameless island makes sense since she somehow swam to the traveler's location just across the sea, I guess the seal worked like Eis's plane of euthymia outside of any timeline, when the gods saved the 1st timeline by merging it with the 2nd part of the 2nd timeline
I just want to see more archons interact. It's just so cool and fun to see them together in one place at the same time. It just brings out their individual characters even more!

The fact Venti basically led the Fontaine musician go to Liyue which led to the concert which led to us learning more about Guizhong. Is honestly a fun domino effect that I find funny.
Just a quick disclaimer, Guizhong's death in the Cutscene is not how it actually happened.You should read the Memory of Dust to actually know what happened,it's really tragic.

this was the best collection of different characters ever, and the appearance of Venti and his conversations with Zhongli inspire and make you want to continue playing genshin impact
There is one funny thing which happened but most people didn't notice.
U can notice that Venti made wind's sound with his mouth at the beginning not just literal wind sound with his element. That's when everyone recognised someone was outside. Venti had to do this because Zhongli deliberately somehow stopped the sound of the wind which Venti later implied.

Paimon was sealed at the nameless island makes sense since she somehow swam to the traveler's location just across the sea, I guess the seal worked like Eis's plane of euthymia outside of any timeline, when the gods saved the 1st timeline by merging it with the 2nd part of the 2nd timeline
