We know that government corruption and incompetence is also a big part of the problem. We have to start somewhere in addressing this problem.
@@venussimo You will be surprised to know that the biggest illegal immigrants in South Africa come from Europe and Asia. Life in Europe is TOUGH, from the cost of living (good and accomodations, to the weather down to the lacklustre human relations. Some of them are willingly run to Africa to make money, and enjoy the lower standard of leaving and good weather. In the UK, Black people are treated as the face of illegal immigration, yet Home Office statistics show that Australians, Canadians, Kiwis (New Zealand) Americans tend to OVER STAY their VISAS. Operation Dudula needs to target ALL the illegal immigrants instead of targeting low hanging fruit. White people are making more money out of Black people. In fact Operation Dudula would be of great benefit to the Black Community, if they instigated a BUY BLACK CAMPAIGN.

10:20 Watching this.. He's gained my trust. The more he shares with us, the more I'm getting to know him... I was convinced that he didn't have his best interests for the country & our people... I'm happy that he's actually solid. Media has a way of painting people for who they're truly not. I actually think he'll make the cut to be president... Because of this one interview... It gave me conviction. He's got no hidden agendas or hidden traits as I imagined.. Looking at our history & the political party he started with, it gave me the wrong impression that he's with the oppressors, when he actually had good intentions... Based on this interview, I see him for who he is... He's actually cool & he's actually fighting the same cause. Respect.
RSA needs a president like this gentleman. I hope he improves and more people see value in his leadership. Hopefully he can take power in the next 10 years.
I would vote for Mr. Maimane because I'm a genZ and I want to see change in our country. The government did not distribute the RDP homes to citizens who applied for them in the 90s and now, which led to the current informal settlements. Most informal settlements are built on land that is not meant for construction development because the soil is soft and it will easily erode. Back to the KZN disaster: whoever approved those homes to be built on that land needs to be held accountable.
I am shocked !! Shocked by the fact that what Mmusi Maimane said he experienced when he married his wife some people WITHDREW from attending their wedding because they thought it was WRONG to marry a white woman. This is what i also experienced when i marry my husband. People who promised to come to attend our wedding, decided not to come any more as their conscience told them that our wedding was WRONG. But the wedding was amazing without them, and we are EXTREMELY HAPPY with my husband being in a mixed relationship. Interrelationships is about LOVE and not the colour of the skin.
Mmusi makes u see SA in God's eyes. True that we only saw Blue&White when he was still the Leader of DA and not what he was bringing to the table. We never judged his contributions and ideals fair.
I love the versatility of this Podcast....they talk about everything that affects us as a country,I was a bit sceptical about this episodes since I'm not really into politics but I was 100% drawn into it, hanging on every word spoken..He is actually a good narrator and articulates very well
My intuition and observation of him always told me that he is far bigger than what the DA painted and confided him to be. The man is a gift to SA, I hope we wake up to see and embrace him while we speak of him in present tense.

Thank you for this because we all know what to expect from Politicians but I feel like there were important questions that were not asked yet they are very important and some questions that were unanswered due to his intelligence he was able to maneuver 🤔 This is why I don't like Politicians shem 'They talk the talk but actions dololo' 🤦♀️ I listened to the interview & it triggered the Celeste in me🤞
You are a blessing. Thank you. I barely enjoy Mmusi but I wanted to hear what his stance is on immigration. Immigration is going to be a dictator for 2024. It seems the guy doesn't have a stance or is just taking a blanket approach to the concerns of SAns. He is a chance taker
This is the first time we have less or none punch lines and Mac has no jokes or less laugh. Thanks for the deversity of the interviews. This one is one added to my favourite interviews
I wish MacG can host Mmusi and Lux at the same time that will be a very fruitful conversation. Both parties want to make change in their own capacity to better this country without waiting on the government that has failed and continue to fail the citizens. Because now I feel like politicians are misunderstanding this operation dudula and they want to reduce it to xenophobia.
This episode shall reach a million views in a month, Mmusi paint the picture when he answer the questions, thanks to the podcast for getting one of the honest politician.
This is the episode that I didn't want to watch because of how Mmusi is labeled by people around me ( and myself included) but when I got to twitter I saw tweets that made me to come and watch, and as usual I loved this interview. My perspective changed. Big ups to Mac and the TEAM.
Can we please bring Nhlanhla Lux and Mmusi together, and have them discuss our country's issues and how to solve them. We keep having these conversations within our own groups and people we hang out with, but this is a large platform, and I think it would be great to have these conversations on a larger scale. One that will have the whole country talking. Nhanhla came to this podcast and the people that took him serious were us chillers, and not the entire country. Sol was asked here if he would say it with his chest that he is a Nhlanhla Lux supporter, and wagcwaca. Kanye naye futhi uMacG. Why? Coz the things Nhlanhla Lux was talking about were things the country isn't talking about openly as yet. So please Bafe2 can we have Mmusi and Nhlanhla Lux come together on this podcast and get this converstaion started on a larger scale.
That's what I have been thinking about throughout this interview. Imagine the conversation between the two 🤔, it will only be fruitful to both which I believe will shake our country
Brilliant interview, so glad the Disappointing Alliance dark cloud is no longer covering him...the people are beginning to see him for who he truly is. Love
One of the greatest episodes. Thought provoking to some degree. We as youth of this country, need to pay attention to today's discussions and talk about this..
I love the question MacG asked about politicians who have great ideas but once they get in there, nothing ever changes. It’s like a norm, eat first and care later. These things needs to be challenged on such platforms, and true.. every minister must come to this podcast. Great show we need to hear from Mmusi again 🙌🏽
@Babalo Mfuleni The ANC has been the dominant party for 28 years! *In South Africa, people vote for the PARTY*. In other countries, *people vote for an M*. If you want to be an MP, you go door to door and hold rallies in the constituency to explain to the constituents why you are a good fit. The good eggs in the ANC have been silenced out of fear of being deselected from the party list. If you don't make the party list, you can't be an MP. The ANC like this voting method because when they came back from exile, they were unknown. They were afraid that people would for the large part only vote for people who stayed in the country eg Mam Winnie etc. So they refused to promote direct voting. Also, they find it easier to CONTROL an MP because they can threaten to deselect an MP if he fails to tow the party line. South Africans must campaign for DIRECT vote to break the power of parties.
I've always wanted Mr Mmusi"The New Barack" Maimane to come to the show. This is our future President. He is a very influential individual who i highly look up to.
A future President that is silent on crimes committed by foreigners to South Africans? But claims to be a Christian. He does not care if South African youth are fed drugs by foreigners, human trafficked, etc. He does not have morals or values.

Along the journey we may get it wrong, but we need to call people out, we need to call ourselves to greatness. The conversation isn't aided when we say 'Nah, I'm done'" People are so quick to want to cancel MacG, but some of us see greatness within MacG, Ghosti and Sol. Danko, Ntate Mmusi. Spoken like a true Christian. 🙏❤️
When he spoke on that, I literally thought of MacG and Sol!!! Think of where they come from and where they are now. It’s powerful what God is able to do in us when we say “yes I’m willing” even when things look bleak. Thank God MacG didn’t give up on himself. Look today 🫶🏿

Lol...thanks though.
Bro, please remind me to get you a bottle of bells🙏🙏
You are key!!!
If it wasn't for MacG, I wouldn't have known how smart Mr Maimane is. Wow this man is so wise
This episode shall reach a million views in a month, Mmusi paint the picture when he answer the questions, thanks to the podcast for getting one of the honest politician.
I didn’t know Musi is this chilled, the energy and vibe is on the same level
Mmusi: I worked at Total Sports.
MacG: That's a good spot.
Sol: 'totally agree
Pun game is next level 🤣💯💯
Haha i missed that one.
Bruhhhhh
Aaaaah got it😂👏🔥🔥
This is the episode that I didn't want to watch because of how Mmusi is labeled by people around me ( and myself included) but when I got to twitter I saw tweets that made me to come and watch, and as usual I loved this interview. My perspective changed. Big ups to Mac and the TEAM.
Didn't get enough of Mmusi maan😕he must Def comeback
😱 y'all keep raising the bar! Can't wait for this one
Definitely
Yeah I strongly support this view
I strongly support this too.
Yep, I am with you on this.
I couldn't agree more with you
I see a matured, wiser & free Mmusi. Also a true fact as human beings all we have is HOPE & FAITH. Great interview
A whole entire episode without any strong language and still 🔥🔥, these guys can do it if they want to 💯
I absolutely love Moruti Maimane and his clapbacks on Twitter. The New Mmusi since he left DA. He's get a great sense of humor
Brilliant interview, so glad the Disappointing Alliance dark cloud is no longer covering him...the people are beginning to see him for who he truly is. Love
He just set an example 🙌🙌🙌🙌 appreciation to him accepting to come for this interview
We need young leaders like Mmusi Maimane great interview I must say🔥🔥🔥
He reminds me of Vusi Thembekwayo when he speak. His intellectual is amazing
One of the greatest episodes. Thought provoking to some degree. We as youth of this country, need to pay attention to today's discussions and talk about this..
This was so refreshing! he answered honestly and it's evident that he believes in the future of our country.
Sol and McG were at their most attentive state! Beautiful and cleanest interview, not even one vulgar word 😁
True
I love how Sol is listening and allowing the guest to speak... Great attribute Sol. McG you pulled a great interview. Music is vibe shame. I enjoyed the interview. Know your "why".
I never could listen to him when he was in the DA, but now after this interview I like him. I thought we lost him, I can see he is still one of us.
This is a pastor bro. In the political sphere sometimes you play politics
Congratulations Guys, most definitely you have shown the ability to interview anyone from different backgrounds
I have watched Mmusi & Nhlanhla Lux being interviewed by Sizwe and MacG. Big difference. Danko podcast
And once again I thoroughly enjoyed this Podcast, I honestly didn't want it to end, Mmusi is a chilled, informed, and well-spoken leader.
I can't wait for him to take office and bring a new era of change to our country!
I really loved and enjoyed this interview. I like how you guys carried yourselves. I was also intrigued to see that you guys weren't drinking today when interviewing Moruti 😀. Sol was so focused and absolutely took it all in and MacG asked the right questions and left no stone unturned.
Impressed too, bamnike indawo yakhe 🙏🏾
Smiling 😃
Mmusi is actually cool... he's very smart. I got hooked, I even missed my gym session🙊
I’m so proud of MacG Argh😭❤️
Mac G’s interviews are top tier. He’s on another level!
Being in a relationship with a different race will teach you not to judge by face but by heart ✊🏾
when me and my brother start talking the CHILL language "Henda" guys thank you for the pure authentic content SOUTH AFRICAN style I'm proud to say I AM A CHILLAR!!!!!!
Heee!! Ndaaa!!! Vharimini?
@@lufunomulaudzi5228 yeah now I know thankx man
@@arethasigutya4430 you welcome , a huna khakhathi (no problem)
"Mr maimane, listen mfanakithi" lol kwazisholo uZuma... he Ndaaaaaa vhari mini!!!! Chillers are here! We are tuned in... let's become members, from as little as R9.99 a month.
From 19:18 Mmusi says something very profound... "I happen to believe that human beings are redeemable. I happen to believe that people can change, unless they choose themselves not to change... 🙏❤️
Love this 🙌🏾
When he spoke on that, I literally thought of MacG and Sol!!! Think of where they come from and where they are now. It’s powerful what God is able to do in us when we say “yes I’m willing” even when things look bleak. Thank God MacG didn’t give up on himself. Look today 🫶🏿
Dope episode!! Really eye opening, it changed my perception of Mmusi. I thought he was “white-washed” because of the DA affiliation but I was wrong…a true leader. Great work guys! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I have so much respect for Mmusi, I could listen to him go on forever...the wisdom here. Thank you MacG for this offering. ❤ 🙏
I was actually sceptical about this show cos like Mac i hate politics but ended up being hooked and informed!!! Great show🙌🙌🙌
if you dont do politics, politics will do you...hahahahah
I think it’s because MacG let’s know the person, what music they like, where they grew up, their personal goals etc. If it was just about the politics it would be boring
@@Ronij-jj Ok abuuuti.... Great advice ja😪
@@sifisomagagula5476 well they all speak the same language and Mac managed to make it a bit personal and entertaining ☝️
You cannot hate politics, it controls the rest of your life, tissue paper, electricity, security, transport, entertainment, employment etc.
I can't wait to learn more about this Gentleman in a more chill platform 🙌 dankie Macg and sol for this
I love ISUZU😍😍😍😍..ISUZU you beauty, where have you been all my life
Much love to Grootman Mmusi for being a real leader, you can tell that he wishes and he wants the best for our future as South Africans,he tackled what our current leadership doesn't want to address like when he said in the case of Kzn floods somebody must held accountable for not maintaining the drainage system and lastly shout out to MacG, Sol and the crew.. Congrats to Podcast and Chill for working with Isuzu it's a great drill to see Sponsors willing to work with you guys
Sol’s level of intelligence comes from his listening skills🙏S/O to Mac for this insightful interview ✅
Naturally intelligent too... There is a place and time for everything
