Okay, that line goes hard.
I just rewatched the original animated series… and tbh… Cyclops is pretty badass there also… he does cool things in that show too, it just doesn’t hit as hard cause they don’t give him cool lines or moments to pose and let the audience soak in what just happened… anddd they just spend too much time reminding us that Wolverine is the cool, impressive, and badass one and that Cyclops is the stick in the mud and the opposite of Wolverine… which basically means in your mind he isn’t impressive or badass because that is what Wolverine is. So even when he does things that are interesting you almost don’t notice it
Exactlyyyyyy,I been watching it too and I noticed the same x-act thing
Now, that's the Cyclops I know! Tactical, confidant, and truly a natural born leader. Slim's in good hands with Ray Chase voicing him. Norm Spencer would be proud. 😉
Considering that he could literally level a mountain with a blink, he was holding back massively.
Conclusive force will do that.
Finally Scott getting treated right, such a badass character that lost his chance in spotlight because Hugh Jackman became Wolverine and the rest of the X-Men became background characters.
They really went and did the WORST thing you could do against cyclops. ASSUMING he's helpless without his visor
So they assumed without his glasses he can't shoot his optic blasts. So what do they think is his actual superpower just beating their asses in hand to hand combat?
Mvc is back, dreams don't die
That Visor isn't the source of his power evil dudes. It is the only think keeping his power from constantly firing.
Blond Guy later become a living sentinel.
"take his visor!" yep, very smart!!!
Wisdom moves at the speed of sound
They move at the speed of light.
There is no Xmen team without Cyclops
Fox X-Men movies for two decades: We will try as much as possible not to have him on the team.
Laughs in all X-Men teams that don't have Diet Magneto
Plot Twist: The supposed Sentinel technology, specifically the arm cannons, actually came from Mega Man.
(Marvel and Capcom DO know one another, after all!)
Now I wished the Ruby Spears Mega Man cartoon crossover with X-Men.
Like hell a bunch of Capcom games had cheessy 90s american cartoons. Marvel made a bunch of 90s animated series with hammy as hell dialogue. Just saying, we could of had an animated show based on Marvel vs. Capcom in the late 90s on Fox Kids
@@BigK13372 Oh yeah, that would've been fantastic. I would've loved to see that!
That newspaper was the daily bugle and was talking about if Spiderman is a mutant. Wonder if the original spiderman cast is going to make a cameo?
"Daddy's home..."
- Wolverine
Wait, so these idiots thought that the visor was a weapon that's where the beams are coming from? That's adorable! 😆
I fuckin love that Cyclops uses collateral damage as a mode of transportation
clever, i never even knew cyclops could use his lasers for mobility
I've been saying he should do this for years!!! So glad they're finally showing Cyclops propel himself with his optic blasts!
I'm so glad they captured how his lasers work.
For those who don't know they aren't like laser bolts from star wars or light sabers. It's like kinetic force which is why people are okay getting hit by it. It's like a hard punch to a gut. But the output an determine how strong it hits.
So he didn’t kill them?
@@spider-manunknown9193 I'm afraid he did
*NOT*
@@paolopasaol9700 What confuses me is he’s killed people with his optic beam lots of times in the comics and I don’t want the result of this version Of Cyclops killing his enemies.
@@spider-manunknown9193 That's probably when he uses full power which I can safely assume is on the level of a missile (minus the fire)
@@paolopasaol9700 I guess that makes sense.
1:08 not Spider-Man getting the mutant allegations lmao
0:07 THIS CYCLOPS WAS THE GOAT
This is an interesting use of Cyclops' powers, having him use his optic blasts for propulsion.
