Hi Dustin Thinking of buying one but just wondering how many satellites you need for a safe flight fishing and what battery is in the console and can it be replaced if it ever packed up?
Seems like most drones need about 10+ sats to fly accurately. You can replace the battery in RC but you'll need to open it up and be careful 🍻
Range tests are what I live for dustin 😎 Definitely excited for the video!

So that is what they were using in Ukraine when they dropped smoke to mark the area and then dropped a frag grenade seconds later from the same drone . We live in the future .

If you’re going to land on water I think that you have to have the antennas pointing upwards as if they’re pointing downwards they will be underwater and that will reduce the signal reception

Hey Dustin...It's been a while since I've watched your channel...I forgot to set the Notification's back when I subscribed.
That is one Serious looking machine there...Very impressed by the Build Quality and the amount of Accessorie's that came with it.
One small Gripe I have is why Everyone seem's to think that DJI is the Top Dog brand in the Drone Industry...Personally I have Alway's preferred Hubsan myself...Possibly since my first was a H104 back in 2014.
Admittedly I was Drawn into purchasing a DJI Product back in 2018 due to a Special promotion where it came with a free Mini Drone.
Anyway...Glad to see you are still making Great Review's and I'm looking foreward to seeing more soon.

I remember cutting my finger at the beach in a previous SplashDrone review just handling them. Like carbon fiber knives 🍻

Did your drone come with the NFZ and height limits off?
It looks like the floats block the lights when they are attached. I am leaning towards buying this drone for fishing, but I do the majority of it at night. Do you have any recommendations on strobe lights for it? Thanks Dustin!
Get Velcro that sticks to the drone and buy a drone led light to Velcro to the back of it. I do this method and have dropped 100s of baits out at night.
My camera does not view on the remote screen, did you have to do firmware updates first? I just got the drone and it flies correctly, just can view the camera on remote screen

dont forget that it is also a drone which means it could be used for filming like other commercial drones

@@ozzie7523 even more in NZ money... you can buy a brand new boat and outboard for that. All Swellpro stuff is way, way overpriced for what it is. Great idea but their pricing is ridiculous.
Life is short if you enjoy drone fishing buy it. You’ll probably waste money on other shitt in life anyway.
