Good point, Reza. Yes, we can add more risk categories or even put these risks in existing categories e.g. Health and Safety risks can appear under Personnel Risks.

@yves souvenir - Yes, a too strict planning can create a Schedule Risk. A schedule should have some buffer for unforeseen tasks like rework.
