Hey Claire, I'd be happy to do one on Southpoint. May be Wednesday or Thursday if that is okay? Which part of Sountpoint are you most interested in? Southpoint seems to be 3 neighborhoods in one to me....you have the oldest part on the bigger lots that was built in the 70's, then the medium sized newer houses, then the larger newer houses that kind of blend in more with Waterford.
