I'm retired so I can spend 2-3 hours in the am doing the inner work. It's paying off. No more DNOTS or obsessive thinking. My heart activation four years ago caused me to "fall in love" with my Other Self.( I realize now it was love for myself.) I am seeing the other signs, too. We were friends and co-workers. In hindsight, I know he was not my type! That is the only part that is confusing now. He has anxiety and avoidant issues. Since I am evolving, I don't know that I want him back. I am happier now. I love myself more. I will not put up with anyone's bs anymore. A soulmate might be better for me. Maybe my Other Self should keep his monkey branching a** with his current love, the one he dumped me for. We shall see. I am getting thete. Not there yet. But all is well.
I think I'm going through the "weird energy shit" at the moment. In the last few weeks, I've been getting tingles in my legs and sometimes all the way up the right-hand side of my body. It happens at random times. In the last week, I've also been aware of these energy surges and they've mostly been at night while I've been half asleep. I'm aware of energy building in my sacral chakra and then there's a huge wave of energy up the front of my body. I would describe it like an energy orgasm lol. I also had pain and pressure in the middle of my chest and felt like I couldn't breathe. I think that was my heart chakra activating and expanding. It was a really weird experience! I actually had quite an extreme and traumatic dark night of the soul, and I healed myself by meditating and learning reiki to help me deal with various issues. I've been feeling very at peace with myself lately. My Twin Flame is a work colleague, so the "separation phase" has been tricky at times, but now I am focusing on myself and I've not really been bothered by him or thinking about him 🙂.
