Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Eyyyyyy, evening folks and welcome back to another video! It's almost Christmas and with a Gavin & Stacey Christmas special on the cards, it felt like the perfect time to give this video a bash...Since people have been asking me for ages to do it.

His way of eating indian food makes me so uncomfortable.
That is why they are perfect for each other. Clearly they both have some food issues and they have created a loving safe space between them.
No its just, the thing with westerners is that, they freely choose whichever method they want for concumption of certain type of food but as soon as someone eats thier cuisine in a different method (Like hand / palm-to- mouth), they start criticizing and jest about it.
It’s a food challenge so eating it like that makes it easier, when ur eating solids and liquids together it’s just gonna expand in your stomach, nothing to do with being a westerner you morons

I mean as much as I would like that video idea, I posted my table number on Snapchat once and I got had a go at by the manager and told to stop having orders being sent and there was still orders that had been paid for but they never gave them to us, let alone a guy like beard with his social media following

ABSOLUTELY agree in regards to the veggie Indian dishes being underrated. If I make a curry from scratch, I always make a veggie curry. Delicious.
Also, massive Peep Show fan and you should absolutely do the Indian from the show. Perhaps do the Moroccan dishes too 😉😉😉 "it's time for cheese and lettuce".
