How are you meant to use the provided skirt if the under van straps are in the way? Also, how do you stop the padded section from bowing away from the side of the van?

We have the Outwell pebble360a awning unfortunately we've lost the roof poles in a house move. Can these be purchased as spares please?
We've attempted to contact Outwell directly but had no response.

I have this awning and now in to the third year (only used three times per year) it is falling apart. Air tubes are like bananas (I definitely haven’t over extended them in any way) seams have ripped and the part that attaches to the caravan itself leaks really bad, outer sealing tap has just come apart. Really disappointed as I have used Outwell products for some time, but this product is not worth the money.
