I will personal always say Paul Rodgers, a man I know Glenn admires hugely. Both singers are still awesome and two of the very few great singers from the 70s who are still singing to a very high standard.
True mate they are all intertwined with a mutual respect,, they all know deep down especially Coverdale (they still very close)Hughes is from out of space !
And without no doubts Mr Glenn Hughes brings vitallity and talent supreme in all the projects and line up for him left away the voice and spirit of rock forever and each time was stay so better than ever tnx Mr Glenn Hughes for exist and makes the difference
Радвам се , че Глен Хюз държи още фронта и можем да чуваме любимите си песни на Deep Purple. Радвам се и за това, че продължават да творят с Бонамаса. Браво !
I have Trapeze albums, Zeppelin albums, Purple albums and Bonammasa albums. When I found out that these all these guys formed a band I was overjoyed! This is a supper group!
Guitar: Joe Bonamassa, Drums: Jason Bonham (son of John Bonham from Led Zeppelin), Keys: Derek Sherinian (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Country_Communion).
Sorry but this isn't comparable to Purple's, a valiant effort but Bonamassa can't keep up with Blackmore's brilliant solo and Bonham isn't even comparable to Ian Paice's incredible speed fills. Watch the Purple version and see what I mean
Hey Joe! Awesome! You could use your pinky instead of your ring finger for the main riff... so much easier and effective, leaving you in a better position for more tricks! My tenant just gave me your signed photo from Green Bay! I have backing tracks for my Solo Project, so I'll be playing your great songs with that signed photo on the wall! Thanks J~
@@flaviozappa I saw Richie perform live on two occasions and Joe five times. I only ever saw Joe make ONE mistake ( he did not damp a string), Richie was less technically good, less inspired and made many mistakes throughout his solos. I am NOT suggesting Richie is a BAD guitarist, and his writing skills are excellent, but he is not anywhere near Joe in his technical ability nor his improvisation.
@@TheNadscratcher I respect your point. My daughter plays violine. Sometimes she makes mistakes, but I'm terms of musicality she's much better than technically brilliant, but boring performers, you know what I mean? Joe is very good guitarist, I saw him playing. But Ritchie's bends and sound is just unbelievable. A he's much worst guy than Joe, I may assume..))
40+years later and Glenn can still hit that scream. Eat your heart out David coverdale.
David doesn't mind, he wrote the song and when they were both in Deep Purple Glen sang all those parts way back then.
Cut the Shit Mr.bishop They're Still Alive & Fucking Kicking Cept One Has Stretched it too far & Its Fkng Obvious😉
Lmao too
😮❤
I think Glenn is 60+ here? And still hitting the screaming high notes and sounding just bad ass! They all sound great, rock n roll forever!
As a lifelong fan of both the mighty Zeppelin & Deep Purple My 2 fav bands, this is just Wonderful!!!
Im with you brother 👍🏻 Epic performance
A TOTAL Classic done perfectly! Immense talent among all these members!
Joe Bonammasa is the best guitarist I've seen in my life but seeing with glenn hughes is much better that everything I've seen of the single.
Without Glenn, Joe is mostly blues.
@@dbc105 nothing wrong with that..........
Wow, Hughes can still sing in that upper register. "You know we had no time!" Massive chills!
Maybe the best rock vocalist in the world. But underrated.
I will personal always say Paul Rodgers, a man I know Glenn admires hugely. Both singers are still awesome and two of the very few great singers from the 70s who are still singing to a very high standard.
Glen Hughes is a freaking God, and teamed up with JB, awsome
john bonham or joe bonamassa lol or both
Hughes had more God given ability than he could possibly use.
I love Joe's music, he's one hell of a guitar player! Keep on rocking, I'll keep on listening!
The super group of super groups !!
Glenn Hughes is the best of the best he's science !!!
I love how the leaders of rock are so closely woven together as a musical fabric that has always clothed my life
Very true...
True mate they are all intertwined with a mutual respect,, they all know deep down especially Coverdale (they still very close)Hughes is from out of space !
Hughes was and still is a monster does a great job doing Coverdale's and his own the voice of rock
Jason plays more like Ian than he does bonzo
As good as Jason Bonham is, I can't help listening to this and appreciate how Ian Paice just drove this song.
+mobrules29 You are right, of course. Paice was legend on that album...
mobrules29 you can't compare anybody to Ian Paice. It's simply not fair to the other guy.
Listen Sina's drum version of it.
to sing to that scale at 60 yrs and then bass duties too
- no one laughs when Glenn says Burn!
The Dream Band!
the lads are coming in 2022 so would recommend this show
Sorry Ian Gillian, Mr. Hughes still owns it, keeps it shined up and ready to fire!!!
You probably know by now, Gillan has never, ever sang "Burn"!
Coverdale's is the front man on Burn.
Gillian never sang this
@@rickoursler2583 Coverdale came after Gillan left.
Tieu Kha Vu I know that
JB is awsome playing blues but he is a better rocker!!!
Esta musica es unica, despues de Deep Purple, la version mas hermosa que escuche. Jason impresionante

Amazing song!!!👍🔥🤘👏
Purple is Land for us .
une belle reprise de Burn des Deep Purple
La meilleure version depuis Deep Purple. Joe a aussi fait une super version de "Lazy"
now is Purple!!!!
Glen sounds better. More soul. Unbelievable he can still hit those high notes with ease.
Фантастика👍👍👍
Listen to the trapeze song black cloud he must’ve been in his teens when he sung that
Freaking awesome!!!!!!!!

Guitar: Joe Bonamassa, Drums: Jason Bonham (son of John Bonham from Led Zeppelin), Keys: Derek Sherinian (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Country_Communion).
tight
I hear one note and I'm 100% sure it's Joe.

Good except for the drums. Too heavy handed and plodding.
