    Okay Mello you gotta be breaking some kind of rule. Your the only won that’s actually breaking this shit down with specific reason why you do what you do, and the purpose. Your my music teacher/ king. My words can not describe how much you have helped me to really understand what I’m trying to do. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🕺🏾🕺🏾🕺🏾🎶🎶🎶👍👍👍👍👍

    Loved this. I can’t wait to not be trash and move past the basic beat I make LOLOL! Being new to this it makes me feel like I’m tone death idk where to place my best to flow. I feel like I’m choosing the right beat and then when I go to lay it out it always sounds too fast or just not at all what I was humming to myself.

    • @MelloDeeBeats
      @MelloDeeBeats  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Just take your time with it and keep making beats daily and learning. What I'd recommend outside of this is copying some melodies from your favorite songs strictly for learning purposes.

    Thank you for this video! I feel I am good at certain aspects of beat making, but rhythm has always been challenging for me because I get too excited with each part and forget that they all have to fit together.
    These techniques could help me keep my feet on the ground and think about how each element fits into the overall rhythm and beat.
    I found it hard to find a video that is actually about perfecting rhythm in compositions, as opposed to getting better at rhythmic instruments, so thank you for this

      @@MelloDeeBeats man I made beats without following the chord rules like, I was always all over the place when it came to the piano role chords and thank God b4 my beats reach out to Artists in the future, mistakes like these have to be controlled and now I see why I abandoned so many beats because I just couldn't get the sounds right.

      @@myearsgotyouthsystem8802 fasho, I'd also recommend both sound selection videos. That's something that people don't wanna see that much but it's really one of the biggest things that creates separation between producers and composers

      When you listen to stuff like lil Uzi hyper pop melodies, it’ll have some rapid stuff happening in some spaces. If you’re a beginner, I don’t recommend doing that, just stay within the box for a while and improve in that box before you start going outside of it. If you’re intermediate, experiment with different timings. But if you’re making something for someone to rap on, the simpler the better in most cases
