i think you only need to do 2 to advance into meet the duke but keep in mind that you will lose all your current quest when you advance but you should do the four quest they are pretty fun and all of then have part on the history

Ridikis dude, i found the bracers in the chest marked with the 4, yep 4. after 2 hours trying almost sleeping on my bed.
