It probably bugged out on you. Just check to make sure you did get them all though. Coz i have heard of people missing one. But if you did get them as you said, then it bugged out. If it makes you feel any better, my game bugged out 3 or 4 times before it let me get 100% completion. Had to keep restarting the game. As annoying as it was, i persevered through it. 🙄
