Too bad we can't all have a Romantic poet as a boyfriend.
"I must've had my eyes closed because... I can't remember."
Smooth! 😎
This movie is sublime. I just melted into it the first time I saw it. Love love love it. Abbie and Ben have such amazing chemistry.
Absolutely agree💕
“I am certain of nothing but of the holiness of the Heart's affections and the truth of Imagination - What the imagination seizes as Beauty must be truth - whether it existed before or not - for I have the same idea of all our passions as of love: they are all, in their sublime, creative of essential beauty. “
November 22nd, 1817 - letter of John Keats to Benjamin Bailey
just saw this film today with a friend. This movie brought tears to my eyes and his poems are so enchanting and moving! Lovely acting and love the cinematography
He's not underrated at all. However it seems that his career development is being carefully controlled. And that includes avoiding conventional stardom. So far he hasn't needed Hollywood. He's a very English actor with wonderful diction but a classless voice. That's something new at this level of excellence...
ok i just saw it a few minutes ago and OMG!!!!! this is the first romantic movie that really touch me and almost cry! because im NOT a corny person but damn this is a romance film i really recommend and besides the music, photography, actors and costumes are awsome

Damnit Netflix, put this movie back on the Instant Queue!
Sweety, Netflix is made to corrupt any virtues from humans soul. Glorifying mind games, adultery and superficiality.

So naughty ;) In that time, to show any affection to one you weren't married to was wrong. But kissing? They might as well have been having sex on the street as far as people would have been concerned :P I like it :D
Ben whisaw!!! Kiss me. Please!!!!
@MsMissSunday Though the kiss is great, I admit the angle he has to take to get it does look painful!
Because it's what actually happened. =/
Her hair drove me crazy the entire movie. That middle-part that goes all the way down her head...UGH.
did she gain weight for this role? she looks a lot chubbier. maybe coz women were more plump/fleshy back then?
