Yeah legendary AI is kinda overpowered. I have been playing fifa for six years and my best EVER score on legendary is 2-0. It probably should have been 5-0, but the other team's goalie kept saving all the shots I fired at him. The opposing goalie is probably on steroids. Two useful tips that have helped me: 1. Play with a team that has a solid defense. Otherwise, the bot's attack will overpower you. 2. If you try to throw everything at the opponent, you can easily get burned on the counter-attack. Instead, be patient and look for small weaknesses/openings to exploit in your opponent's defense. Hope this helps!

All my players feels like they ate 10 burgers before match while the AI take steroids. Like even if I use Bale or Neymar the defense just jog to catch up. Also the fancy skills felt a lot more useless now then they have ever been because somehow they just stand there and block your path.
little tips : control the midfield with possession football when attacking (i always use 20 passes before shoot tactics), never use the central defender unless it's necesary, use CDM, CM and R/Lb to press instead, and never use constant pressure this will drain your players stamina constantly.
I beat legendary consistently in FIFA 18 5-0 and up. But in FIFA 19 I feel like the gameplay is too slow? Idk, I feel like I can’t run away with pace to create chances or fool my opponent easily with tricks, it’s way more passing and slow build up oriented. I sometimes win and sometimes lose on this DEMO, I’m not sure how to consistently take the ball off of the legendary AI I feel like I need to rely on their mistakes and bad passing more than on my defenders ability...What do you think Mr.Video-Maker?

Is it just me or it feels like my players are more aware of the ball than the AI like when I pass the ball to my teammate who has a defender behind him he chooses to walk backwards or like away from the ball and letting the defender get in front of him to intercept the pass or when I intercept their passes the ball just flies away from my player’s feet unlike them they have a very good first touch when they intercept my passes
I feel like my passes in fifa 19 are intercepted much more easier than passes in fifa18 I can’t have too much possession otherwise it would be much easier for Ai to counterattack
Yes and the passing really sucks and then there comes GK who will win every time if shoot from close range GK are way too overpowered and the CPU defenders just getting ball every time back when I takle and my defence automatically getting disorganized to get a header in the net and giving CPU the lead I played FIFA 18 and found it more good in front of Goal for close range GK will save but on realistic condition ... In 19 they are too overpowered and it's unrealistic after beating whole defence and just go save it easily at least let it in 6-7 times out of 10 fucking EA 😡😠

Way too many goals on legendary. The number I score varies from one to three usually with the occasional blank but the AI will score longshots every time no matter how well I press or defend. It's infuriating. All angles and any type of player can score them. It's annoying because i do think it's a much better Fifa this year. I don't really want to drop down to World Class as I feel they never score.

On legendary I always hit the post/miss open goals even. Always only win with 1 goal, almost every time with 1-0. 40% of the time I lose, with a random amount. Also sprinting doesn't work properly. De Rossi caught up when I ran down the wing with Cuadrado. How is that possible...

Well this game is pretty shit. Every keeper I play against on legendary plays like prime Buffon. Your players are not as pacy as your opponent's even if you have a better paced player. Players very often pass the ball in the wrong direction. Just to make this difficulty harder, FIFA has increased the number of blunders your players make whether its while passing or shooting.
The game is undeniably harder but that doesn't mean its shit. Its actually a lot more realistic than 18 because now you have to be more patient in creating chances. No doubt though that Legendary in 18 is equivalent to World Class or even Pro in 19

Unreal headers from distance, first touch long shot finishes at near post which my keeper doesn't save😑 And my forwards miss chances and LOVE hitting poles and crossbars. In Fifa 18 i won treble multiple times at Legendary without a single match replayed and that too after promoting club from EFL League One.
I feel like it's dumb that a shit team on Legendary difficulty is way harder to beat than a 5 star team on World Class. That's something EA should fine tune in my opinion.

You can't stop Juventus in legendary. Ronaldo just heads a goal from typical angles. Sometimes there two to three players pressing on him and still he somehow scores a goal by a header. Idiotic mechanics.
Samee when playing against PSG. Cavani does the thing with the header and rest whole team with First touch long shot Goals. While my players make terrible mistakes in defense and finishing is soo awful that I can't even describe. They find various new techniques to miss the shots.
fifa 18 legendary difficulty is impossible to score for me but the graphics is very ugly and the net of the goal is dark. Fifa 19 legendary and ultumate are very very easy. what a waste of money

Two useful tips that have helped me:
1. Play with a team that has a solid defense. Otherwise, the bot's attack will overpower you.

Change the defense settings to Legacy Defending, then you can easily tackle them and dispossess them, Tactical Defending is stupid.
