Yes! So far, easiest was Paris, followed by Barcelona, Milan and then Frankfurt. Milan and Frankfurt involved a lot of back and forth, and Frankfurt had a separate customs check for items in your checked-in bag and for your hand-carry. Paris was much simpler.😊
For credit card refund do you actually have to go to the global blue kiosk? From my experience u just fill out your card number and put it in the mailbox.

For items in your hand carry, there is a customs office after security. You can have your form stamped there and get refund at kiosks of the refund companies also after security.
