    It's one of those dessert that you haven't had in awhile, then you see it and you just gotta have it.
    Now I'm going to make it. Thanks for the recipe, chef.

    I’ve had this and it’s so good. My sister in law made it for me after giving birth to my son. I make it sometimes but with sweet potatoes since I thought it would be a good combo as well. Tapioca is so versatile. Thanks for a simple recipe. ❤

      Yes Siree. So deliciously good. During winter time, we served it warm to hot. During hot summer days, we served it cold. Make some soon & enjoy. Thanks for watching.

    Love how clear and straightforward your recipe is. I'm definitely going to copy. Thank you for sharing. I read another recipe that uses condensed milk. Any suggestions on that?

    • @HAPPYWOK
      @HAPPYWOK  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You can use condensed milk but adjust your sugar content. It might be too sweet. Thanks for asking.

    Although I'm not into desserts, it does look very nice. My previous dish of pork zucchini, eggplant, sweet potato in hoisin sauce was a success. Like you said, it's nice to be creative and will continue to do so.

      @@HAPPYWOK With the high cost of food, I picked the vegetables at a good price, then put them all together. Originally I wasn't going to add the sweet potatoes but the family loves them when they make their own dishes. There I go, just for them.

      @@metalandy : True, food items prices goes up by a lot. Example salmon last few years was $4 and now $10 per pound, WOW. Dangenese crab, was $3 , now $9 per pound? It is good you know how to shop for best value. My Dad used to say" a dollar save is a dollar earn ".

      @@HAPPYWOK I buy all my meat products at Costco. The price of pork and chicken remained the same but beef has really gone up. I love to buy tip sirloin but it's too high. There are other beef items at lower cost so I go with that. I will continue to make Chinese foods at home but am careful when it comes to priced items.

    Thanks for sharing your recipe.👍
    The amount of refined sugar addition can be somewhat unhealthy. I suggest healthier alternatives such as rock or palm sugar.
    I have seen other recipes employ pandan leaves/extract for flavour enhancement.

      Thanks for the "like". I know lot of viewers not into dessert. And they mark it " DISLIKE" . Not knowing that it took me several days to shop around, buy, prepare, cook, takes video & still photography and then edit this cooking video. And some doesn't care. But I appreciate your acknowledge for my effort. I just like to show this simple cooking. I know some will like this very much. Thanks for that "LIKE" again. And also Thanks for watching.
