@@Delusionaryvisionary_407 That is the worst take I've ever seen anyone have, you're basically asking for historical matchmaking, the vehicles in WT aren't ballanced based off of how they performed IRL, but instead by how they should have performed if it didn't have technical problems, was manufactured in large numbers. By your logic entire tech trees would be unplayable.

Recently i tried to test the high alt performance of the g-14 because i haven't played it in years. In over 150 battles i had 2 fights above 6km. Really sad to see where air rb is going

I lost count of how many times I have to carry against Japan in a Griffon Spit in US/Brit vs Japan. This fucking Bearcats, Jugs, and Corsairs would dive for a low flying zero or turnfight them. Actually fucking infuriating. I lost count on how many times I screamed in chat just telling them to follow me so I can set up a pass.
I blame the reduced time and the AI bullshittery. Add 10 minutes to the 25 minute timer and a slight rework to the maps and prop gameplay is golden.

At the end his wingtip hits the Spitfire and it puts him in a little bit of a flat spin and he shoots and tears apart the p-51 then goes back to the airfield to repair but by the time he repairs and goest back to the battlefield Razor cleans up the remaining people and thats how it ends

Didnt play warthunder for 4 years, and didnt touch air battles since 2016/2017 (which i always only did in Arcade, RB was somehow unplayable) but its weird seeing the German 20mm actually doing damage...
I remember when i last played 2016/2017 i think with up to 5.3 aircraft in German Tech tree, with 20mm and 30mm cannons.. you used the Minengeschosse which were super effective shells for those guns to bring down Aircraft.. but then in Warthunder you needed sometimes half a magazine to bring down any type of aircraft.. i even remember that i once shoot an entire magazin from one of the earlier BF109 (which had only a nosecannon and you needed to research the wing mounted extra guns) that were Minengeschosse into aircraft like Spitfires, hitting dead center, the wings etc but i only got some damage and 1 or 2 critical hit messages.. but the enemy just continued flying with his aircraft like nothing happend until someone with an American plane with .50 cals came and instantly shoot it down...
That was another thing that annoyed me, German 20mm and 30mm Minengeschosse looked pretty ineffective but american .50 cals, british 20mm and other such Cannons immediately vaporized your Plane..
Another time in a arcade battle a P47 came head on to me in a DO217 (fighter version with 4x 20mm in the front) and i fired a good burst from over 1km at him, with quite a few 20mm actually hitting him dead on before he turned away, but he didnt had any real damage.. he in return fired .50 cals from over 1 km away too, just grazing my wing but it immediately set my fuel tanks on fire 🤔
Yeah, and then they fucked other 20mm`s too (but AP rounds worked well somehow)...except for american ones and .50. You can guess how well that one went...

I heard a lot of bad things about Fw190C how it is the worst 190, but maybe that's the thing - aside from flaps and roll you don't play it as Fw190 at all?

I think the Fw-190C is the best looking variant of the Fw-190 in the game? It looks so aggressive and powerful, and the two engine tubes add so much to it.

I wonder what makes this 190 turn so much better than the others because afaik turn is mainly based off your wings. Does the turbo really change the weight balance that much.
Dude pls this is WT , all planes have fake stats . This FW190 C V18 was never build in large numbers , cause the turbo under the belly made it heavier and less aerodynamic . So the power output of 1600hp at 10.000m had no effect on the speed of the plane , cause it had more drag .
This should actually turn worse than a normal FW190 .

no american air rb players have always been worse then german ones, youre thinking of ground rb where it is the exact opposite

You could compare this thing with the Ta-152 H maybe, slow, not the best climb rate, very good turn rate but compresses like a mf at high speeds.
That thing is basically Ta-152C (and H) predessor.
I think this is one of the vehicles that should stay market only, rarely do you see these fly out in the first place (I own one, rarely fly it) and second I believe this would be more of a collectors plane, it’s not for everyone, and I don’t believe they manufactured many of them in the first place. Doing some research the Luftwaffe ordered 727 in December of ‘42 but not even 2 months later cancelled the order for the better 190D and later the ta152. Going off that there were probably less than 100 ever made.
There were only 8 ever made and they were prototypes , never went into production or service .
