I know EJ probably lost some sleep not being able to use some special rub or to fill the lamb's cavity with lemons and herbs, but Andre is an absolute beast only using oil and kosher salt. Sometimes the simplest ways are the best, wise man!
Fascinating video! So cool how he used the legs to button up the stomach 😮 I love that just salt and oil was used to bring out the natural flavor of the lamb, it looked delicious. What a cool experience to have with your Father in Law.
As a Welsh person (where lamb is part of the national identity and if you dont like it you lose your welsh card) this video gets my seal of approval. Looks absolutely delicious. Lambs so great it really doesnt need much adding to it.
I know I'm 1 million years late to this but what a cool experience! I'm glad you got to share this with your father-in-law... and with us!
it's never too late for now. thanks, my friend. We'll probably do a pig roast for Christmas, so I'll film that as well.
@ looking forward to that!

This must be Nina's favorite Red Cow video! 😂🤣
Thanks for sharing!
Frankie should have just had EJ come over to cook that baby deer he found in the yard.
Put all the lemons and herbs in it before the crows get it!!!
Technically this counts as a ribs video because lambs have ribs.
Very very correct
But wait.... so does EJ! Is every EJ video inherently a ribs video?
Lamb looks perfectly cooked
We cookin boys
One day you’ll be the father in law, and that lamb will be full of herbs and lemons.
I knew the salt would be the right choice when you mentioned how insistent he was. I thought "He must know something we don't."
Dang! That looks amazing!! Been a part of whole hog cooks. But never a whole lamb. Honestly, I think I'd prefer the lamb.
This was a fun video! I’ve never had an entire animal before for dinner. What a good project for you and your father in law! Wholesome.
That scientific calculator was the mental throwback I didn’t know I needed. Great vid.
RPN style ❤
Excellent! 10 out of 10 video.
Haha, this is awesome. I hope my future father in law helps me cook whole animals.
That's so cool man! What a good son in-law. *cheers*
Finally a recipe I can follow
This looks great!
The content I live for
Mmm, steamed lambs.

Happy Easter and cheers to you, EJ Massa!
I wouldn't have the heart to do this but I'd definitely eat it. Obviously this took a loooot of effort and I appreciate that EJ. Great stuff!
Something about this video really wigged me out. I think it was the leg stitches maybe
Now roast a bunch of chickens on it, or lots and lots of ribs.
hooray :^
YES EJ IS EATING AGAIN
I love liver and onions, is lamb liver more gnarley than beef?
AS A VEGAN FAN I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU DO SUCH A THING LET ALONE POST IT!!!!!
