So sick I’ve been trying to build a budget drill bike for motocross. I hate the idea of slamming hours on my motocross bikes running basic drills and got a crf250f but man it has some great features but lacks the ones these bikes have which you would think are a no brained for Honda. Might just get one and see what happens when I beat it up on a motocross track 😂
From what I have seen these take a fair bit of modification to be happy on a motocross track. They are set up more for enduro/trail riding. Joe Henner on the GPX moto page does race his and has a list of all the mods he has done to make it worthy. For a $4k bike it does very well but its really not a race bike.
@@pharettface yep not looking to race just run drills, for example figure 8 turn track, standing for prolonged periods of time, working balance and slow riding… etc. No point drilling on a 12k bike when you can get a low maintenance 4K bike that is basically same size and frame as the bigger bikes.
Don't forget that 257lbs either. Been on it most the day Jetting the carb and testing. I really do love the low end grunt. GPX Moto will ship one right to your door for a cool $4k.
Hi, been enjoying your videos on the GPX bikes. Would be interested in renting out bikes if I am out there. What is name of your business and where are you located?
Looks like a cool bike!!! Tag end on that intake hose clamp triggered my OCD lol.
I clipped them both just for your OCD lol
