Thanks for the great demonstration. Very helpful! Would you have any advice or exercises for basic toe point? I have an issue with my big toe joint always pointing up when I attempt to point

Mm yes I have a similar issue and have had to really work on tendu seperately apart from class so I can go slowly and focusing on carving out that space through the floor, pushing through the foot. I highly recommend the piano toes exercise as it is incredibly helpful for mobility and stability through the foot - th-cam.com/video/Ai7eUHLr1G0/w-d-xo.html
