This is the most insane e scooter rider in U.K. ive ever seen. I love it but am worried for this bloke , at the same time . I’d feel less worried if he had 4 wheels and if other road users wasn’t complete wankers to cyclists and e scooter riders. I’ve had loads of wankers, fly by me on my scooter, almost touching me. Thankfully I haven’t had any1 do the road rage bollocks on me, yet.

They are illegal in the uk on the roads. Some city's are now allowing scooters and bikes upto 15.5mph. Police catch you and it's gone Only reason it's putting me off

Was going over to my old man's one day not even on main road I was on a road where you might see 1 or 2 cars every 20 mins and yes they took it. So I really don't want to get another one but I really need a way to get to my old man's house as he's 78 suffers glaucoma lost 60% of his site and now I have to push bike over. Yes it might only be 7 mile the 7 back but when you've got asthma and got to push bike over 3 times a week can get to you a bit

@@jamiejones642 the government never banned electric scooters. They were never legal in the first place. They are making moves to legalise commuter scooters (like Xiaomi) because they reckon they can justify reclassification to bring them under the same legislation as EAPC bikes. Anything faster under motorised power already has to be classified as a motorbike and so long as they meet the construction legislation, they can be registered, licensed, given a tax band (they're electric so would most likely be free) and insured. Being wilfully a dolt, isn't an excuse to run around on the internet spouting nonsense about a subject that you clearly know little or nothing about. The government are actively trying to give us what we want, but the video creator (and others riding around at over the posted speed limits on vehicles that need to be registered and insured, the riders licensed and wearing suitable crash helmet and gear) is just a time bomb waiting to happen against the rest of us that just want to be allowed to ride our Xiaomi, Aovo, Megawheels etc. scooters, without having to consider the potential fines and points on our licences. What the author/creator of the video is, is nothing more than the little chav/ned/pikey little twats that ride their dirt bikes round housing schemes with no helmet, no insurance, no care for theirs or anyone elses safety.

How do you get that view angle on your go pro? Where is it mounted and what setting are you using? This view is perfect to capture your hands, the speed guage, and a view of the road and horizon
I don't mean to argue with anyone but this is my opinion. Fell free to comment. He doesn't have his speedometer calibrated. From personal experience, I would say it shows around 40% higher values, therefore where it says 75 km/h, he is traveling at about 50 to 55 km/h. Check it yourself, for example here: 0:13 . Firstly, who in their right mind would squeeze between a parked car and oncoming traffic in a town, doing 75 km/h ( 0:13 ). If the scooter seems faster that that, that is because of the camera angle, which is pretty wide. I would say around 110 degrees. I have a scooter that has a top speed of 60km/h, and if I record that, it seems faster than his close 80s runs. I am not gonna say that the scooter isn't capable of those speeds, cause it is able to reach about 75 to 80 km/h in a straight line which is mind blowing. He probably didn't have it charged up or just didn't want to risk riding at those speeds, which is completely understandable. Once I have ridden one of these, the specific one in the video actually, they are much better built scooters than those of the competing brands, although that comes at a cost of a high price tag.

@@avaboot how stable is the mini with the 8.5inch wheels? I almost bought it but the small wheels put me off and I went with something else that was less then half the price, similar specs.
Try checking if the handlebar is solid all the way to the front wheel first, so that it isn't a matter of unsynchronized turning. If this is not the issue, I would check the arm that connect the steering rod to the scooter body. 40 km/h is a pretty low speed to get wobbles. That's not right.

I use a GoPro hero 7 with a chest mount, use it half way with a slight downward tilt and that catches everything

I see a lot of dualtron thunder owners hitting various speeds, mine seems to be able to exceed 60mph (GPS reading)

Try riding in a open straight road that is wider than 5 meters, with no sidewalks and obstacles, and then even 60 km/h will seem slow after a little.
