They had a korean action star there, they set up a stage on the ground level & it was packed. They did an action scene where the actor fought 2 bad guys in a choreagraphed fight scene. Other times u will go there and there's alot of people there in the food court. I believe theres a food court on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There's like a karaoke place/bar for night time on the stores located near Beach blvd. I think it's on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Most of the k-pop, souveneir shops seem to be busy. Alot of non asians there site seeing, but at the same time alot of Asians, koreans or chinese. Is there a dance studio there.. I saw some youngsters dancing near the movie theatre outside. Sometimes alot of people like to sit on that huge stairway. I remember going when it get's dark, u would see theres people eating in the out doors areas. But sometimes it's slow and I wonder how they stay in business. Like if u go into a K pop store & don't buy anything.. I don't see alot of people buying trinkets, so how would they stay in business.. But the other souveneir shop with k pop, sanrio, etc. stuff.. sometimes it's mad busy and u know why they stay in businesss. OTher shops are slow. I would say it's medium busy.. North up Beach blvd. eventually youll have the Daiso market & a big asian supermarket mini malls.. So there's a big asian population north of the Source. Korean, Japanese, Chinese i believe.
It's not confusing. Google the source in buena park. Just drive up the parking lot and find parking on any one of the floors. Then the Source is floors 1-3.. It's not that confusing. 2nd and 3rd floor is food court where u can use the restroom. Then theres escelators and elevators.
Never been there, but I get the feeling that place picks up in the evenings and even more on weekends. I’ll check it out.
Driven by that place numerous times but never really understood what was in there. Now I know.
This mall is 99 percent Korean stores and restaurants. The theatres also offer Korean subtitles.
