Powerline adapters will only work if the adepter is on the same electrical circuit in the other room,meaning that one side is plugged into a power point located near the router and the other adapter is connected a power point where you want the Ethernet connection has to be on the same electrical circuit.
Interesting that may take a bit longer to make but I think we might be able to do something similar that can be adapted to that in less time. Thanks for the idea Tony
a shame you didnt go with the wifi connected and wifi output solution, that would have made you the only ones who did that video, with this, you are basiacly just one with the rest of the crowd. honestly i don't see a use case for this setup, if it's not double wifi solution with an adapter, then what is the point ? might as well just use an old router then.

Did u ever try to provide an access point using Raspberry Pi 4 connected to the modem HAT with Ubuntu OS? i can't find any tips on how to do so :(
