It wasn't only a lucky checkmate. Christof Sielecki describes the 150 attack as follows: "After 4. Be3, it is essential to realize that the natural move 4. -- Bg7 does not fit the bill. There is a concrete problem: White has the aggressive attacking plan of 5. Qd2, followed by Bh6 and the murderous h4- h5 attack." The proof is in the pudding, they say, and your first game left nothing hanging in the air. Great game!
@omamoka63 thanks man!!! I think you'll particularly like day 12 of this series!! I have been experimenting with Rapport's Stonewall Dutch!! I had to get ahead and do two videos as I'm busy this week, but it's quite an exciting one!
its lucky you met someone like me in that last game, someone that gets into a position that my cat could win with five mins on the clock vs 18 seconds and then proceeds to play like he has 5 seconds left rather than five mins. Anyway, a win is a win. Well done!
@@RightHandShot he's doing well!! I have been putting him on my knee and watching chess with him on my projector! He's getting more used to being handled I think

@@Blunder_Man I bet it is! I've watched GingerGM play it, and have also added it to my repertoire.
@omamoka63 it won't be tomorrow's video, it'll be the day after, but yeah! Super fun stuff!

or rather, its a draw that feels like a win
I was very very content with the draw! winning that with the time I had and my lack of speed would have been a miracle
Wow that was one hell of a throw!
Love this attack, I use it too! :)
@@blunderghostchess yeah it's fantastic and very straightforward! I need to improve at it, but yeah, this felt like a pretty decent go at it!
