Dentist here. Honestly, I tell patients the same exact thing you said. NOTHING CAN EVER REPLACE YOU'RE GOD GIVEN NATURAL TEETH. This is a quote I stick by, and tell patients all the time. Obviously if their tooth is decayed and full of bacteria, I would tell them replace it. But you my man, all you needed was ortho, and whitening. You would of avoided all this headache and those root canals. I hope you figure it out brother.

Thx man! I had a bad experience with composite veneers. I HATE them, they look unnatural and are too bulky.. I was thinking of taking them off and having porceline. But your video saved me. I'm sure that I couldn't stand the pain.. thx again
There are composite veneers using digital smile design where they can be designed and make a mock up first and then they make an index so the composite veneers are exactly the same as the planned smile. And it really depends on the dentist. There are dentists that do composite veneers with out changing your teeth other than buffing and etching the teeth. And they can look very natural depending on the technique and materials used. Also the straighter your teeth are, the less they need to prepare the teeth.
A top cosmetic dentist will mock up a trial smile in your mouth using temp material and send you home to try it out. Then, when you come back after a day or so you can say what you and your family like or don't like and mock up again. Once you're happy the veneers are made based on the smile you liked both for look and feel. The outcomes are fantastic but it costs a shitload of cash. Dr Gurs Sehmi has some great videos of what's involved.
@@peterd788 yes, this is the technique I use. Currently I do a waxup by hand. It’s best for the patient to have a test drive of their smile and any adjustments can be made in the mock up.

Your og teeth I loveddddd. I got mine from Dental design today I’m blown away at the results. I wish I could do 6 on top 6 on the bottom. They do say they don’t shave down ur teeth but they do. Where did u go for this one

But I wouldn't mind have slightly longer teeth, so I was thinking about veneers afterwards. But looking at the pain you're going through AND the cost. Nah, I'm good. Get gum contouring! They basically cut your gums but only the gum line around your teeth to make your teeth look bigger! Look it up , it works wonders Don’t do vaneers unless you absolutely have to. Keep it natural 👌

Im recovering from buccal fat removal now binge watching you and I know what your experience feels like from veneers but buccal fat removal is the worst worst pain. I was awake and they stuck me with numbing needles but that wasnt the pain the pain is when the local wears off I felt like throwing up all night from pain i passed out. I got Oxy it worked some. They say it doesnt hurt that is absolute BS. Can't chew anything now. In case you're interested in buccal fat removal.

OH MY! Good luck! Thank you for the update and transparency! I considered having CRV done in lieu of porcelain to preserve my natural teeth based on your advice. I thought it would give me the flexibility to go back if I didn’t like the CRV. Now I’m considering just living with my calcium deposit. 🤦🏾♀️

I have composite from Dr.Price in Memphis and he did NOT shave my real teeth. I broke 2 of mines and my teeth were the exact same as they were before I got the composite

I’ve seen videos where you can’t eat crabs with your teeth, apples, etc, and I saw another lady say she broke a tooth from biting her fork 😬 so I’m changing my mindfrom composite to porcelain since I’m spending money, I want the long term option, especially after seeing this video. After any procedure, during and after, there may be bleeding. That’s not preventable. And if you were in that much pain you could ask to stop and ask for pain meds before, after, and at home. They look great!

COOPSCORNER : understood , I’m happy you were very particular on what you wanted. In that case some labs just don’t see the art in making veneers . There are places that have a lab onsites and with technology advances, it makes crafting the veneers seamless and short turnaround time. Thanks for your transparency. I’m getting mind in dec . It’s been three year process for me. I corrected my structure 1st and root canals where needed
Should of went to Dr mario montoya not only would you have spent WAY less TIME and MONEY but he doesn't damage the teeth and imo does a better job at giving you a beautiful white smile

The dentist get prescribe you some kind of pain medication for pain control? To do such an invasive procedure and not prescribe you some kind of narcotic would be cruel. I will tell you that using sensodyne toothpaste for the first several months will help settle the nerves in your teeth until they adjust.
