The problem with paying agent fees that high is it sets a precedent. Then when you want to renegotiate a contract renewal his agent will ask for millions again. This happened to Donnarumma at Milan, Raiola wanted 12m for Donnarumma to sign the new contract (bare in mind Donnarumma came through the academy) Milan said no and Donnarumma walked for free. This is why Milan are refusing to pay those fees

I don't understand why United arent seriously looking at Joao Gomes at Wolves for the DM. He's only 23, a Brazil international. The second highest interception/Tackle rate behind Palhinha at Fulham in the premier league last season. Palhinha turns 29 in July, which is why i wouldn't go for him. The same reason I'd not go for Rabiot. We've already had issues with signing players who starting to get close to the 30 mark like Casemiro.
