I stayed at the hotel in July 2024 with my family. It’s a nice hotel, and I didn't have any issues with the service. However, there were a couple of strange occurrences in our room (Room 304) during our 3-day, 2-night stay. The TV turned on automatically at exactly 1:03 AM while we were sleeping, even though the remote was placed on the table. This happened three times (twice at 1:03 AM and once in the afternoon), always on the same channel, Ben10. Additionally, the restroom flushed automatically without anyone using it.
