The tip about browning in batches is key because too much in the pan results in stewing and not browning. I’ve leaned this the hard way. And chili on pasta is awesome. I also use it instead of enchilada sauce. In lettuce wraps also works.
My favorite toppings are fresh chives, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and Frito's Corn Chips. Maybe some fresh onion too. After watching this tonight I need to make some. Than you for this video!!!
Thank you for this great recipe. The only thing I changed was using green bell pepper (diced) rather than the minced jalapeños. Everyone enjoyed it and asked for the recipe.
Thanks since i saw your video and your recipe always am making chilly and is esactly how i like it i just took out tomato dice because timato make me hot burn but you nailed thanks again
Hey, I know it's additional work for you, perhaps some will say I'm to lazy to do that myself, but I think this way you'll reach to more viewers. And I gotta tell you, your recipes are amazing! So to the question, could you, when listing down all the ingredients, add also metric amounts? like "1(15-ounce / ~440ml) can tomato sauce" Thanks
easy hack for jalapeño: before cutting the top part, rub it fast with your hands, then cut off the top part then the seeds will fall out, then scoop the white part out.
Hi. I'm in Australia and here, "tomato sauce" means ketchup. Like if I go to the store and buy something labeled as "tomato sauce", I'm coming home with a ketchup. And I doubt I should use ketchup in this recipe. So what may I use in place of it? Can of crushed tomatoes? Or perhaps tomato puree? Please help.
He puts the ingredients in the drop-down menu, I'm actually making it today for the second time it's a great chili tweak it to your taste, add what you want or disregard what you don't want simple as that. I actually use beef broth to rinse out the cans instead of water as a good tip.
I LOVE this. I make this for Rememberance Day (veterans day) every year and people absolutely love it!
Thank you for this awesome recipe!

Perfect. I would only add Worcestershiresauce for a deep rich flavour.
Like many people, I'm always in search of a great chili recipe and can't wait to try this one today.

That's how you hook it up!!

Sounds great!
I use both.

Tried it at home. It was wonderful! Thanks a lot!!
Glad you liked it
This is so similar to the one I made up! Thanks
YOU are the CEO of Beef 🥰🥰🥰 like it
I am trying this tomorrow, but will add 2 tea spoons of Cayenne pepper for heat and half a bitter sweet chocolate bar as well
I never understood removing the seeds and membrane from a jalapeno. I know that's where the heat is, but isn't that the point of eating them?
Yep, wussies lol
I never understood a Jalapeño period. 🔥 😢
Looks great! Except I’ll be using leftover brisket that I did on my smoker, to me that makes the best chili.
Sounds great!
May I substitute jalapeno peppers with Carolina reapers?
Leftover brisket. That’s funny.
No one asked
@@AlpLimIndFox Yes, but use 4 of them.
Looks tasty, and I'm gonna give it a try. If I'm leaving beef to simmer for 2 hours, I usually use some chuck beef as well for some chunkiness....
I use half stew meat, half hamburger. Different textures and flavors.
Simple easy way to make chili. Looks good
It was!
it looks delicious.
I am going to cook this today.
Looks fantastic!!!
Simply awesome.

Thanks for the idea!
I'm heading to the shop now, getting ingredients for this Chilli! Watching it yesterday made me crave for a good chilli😅
Delicious 👌 my friend. Thanks for sharing 👍🏼
Thank you so much 😊

Wonderful. What do you think to put paprica and a little bit of cilantro ?
That sounds great!
Amazing, but you forgot the beef broth. But it still looked like it turned out great

I would think puréed tomatoes would be very similar to tomato sauce.
Can I use a crock pot with this recipe
You guys are awesome 👏🏻. Beef is what’s for dinner! Esp Black Angus 🤣
Thanks, Mike!
Chili con carne 🤠
Yummy!
Good stuff.
Thanks!
you should try spreading the meat on a baking sheet and then stick it under the broiler. will get one side nice a brown. then just tear it apart
Good tip, thanks.
I have the munchies now 😂
Almost perfect.. a can of (rinsed) black beans and (my wife's prefer) a can of sweet corn, then I'd have the perfect Chilli.. thanks for sharing...
Oh.. and we like ours with a little mild cheddar sprinkled on top then the sour cream and scallions.. again, thanks for sharing...
Can I skip the beans?
Watching this in August on a 90 degree day.... ugh
Sorry, Michael!
Mexican oregano
No cilantro?
Does it really need the jalapeños and tomatoes? My fiance and I aren't huge fans of either.
Leave out the peppers, but what kind of sauce would you suggest?
MArvelus
Great recipe, NO BEANS!!! 🤣🤣🤣
do not show me this add
Lols first here
You don’t have to slice the onion across like that. Pointless
Every chili recipe is ruined when the add the beans. Tragic
I like beans. Won't eat chili without them. I want more than just zesty meat sauce.
I was with him until all the tomato sauce
I like some of these recipes, but why can't you let us know the amount ingredients you put in. Pretty useless to watch and then are unable to make it
The recipe is posted

Not to be petty, but if you have the knife skills, Finley dice garlic & jalapeños with the paring knife not the chef knife.
If you have the skills, you can use a larger knife.
didnt even eat the cream lol
