I've seen tons of videos teaching how to juggle, and this is BY FAR the best tips offered in any video, it hits some details IGNORED BY EVERYONE. I'm 36, I love football (soccer) but I've never had an opportunity in my childhood with a ball free in my hand to learn to juggle the ball. I've spent 30 minutes today training and I could tell by the end of the session I started noticing some difference, will keep you guys posted on my progress by the end of the December.
I have gone as high as 1091 and I can confirm through my own experience as well that these tips are legit right, my only three advices to add to this are, 1) dont get struck to step 1 and 2 for too long, you can easily figure those 2 in a week but you might need months of touch on football if you are a slow learner like me. 2) As he said already find your rhythm its most important. I move my legs fast so I juggle the ball only upto my knee. The more faster you can get your feet under the ball the lower the height of the juggle should be for perfect and fast rhythm. 3)Train your legs as much as you can cause once you have juggled the ball all the way upto 100 without moving any step from your position after that its all comes to your concentraton and how much your leg can take cause juggling the ball tires out your legs and I am proud of my legs but they too were really heavy when crossed 1000 juggles.
U got this dont over think it remember lock your ankles and concentrate on your touch my Record is 1000 but I know I can go higher if I don’t loose concentration you got this💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

9,500 is absolutely mindblowing! How do you even maintain your count without losing track!? My own record is 1,820 - which I thought was pretty awesome on the basis that (a) I haven't spoken to anyone whose record is more than a couple of hundred and (b) people either straight out accuse me of lying or just look at me blankly when I mention my record. Admittedly I don't move in footballing or freestyling circles as I am 59 and just do football training to stay in shape. Six years ago my record was only 506 and had been for about 20 years. I did my record of 1,820 two summer ago at the age of 57. Being fitness oriented, my system of doing them is to do 50 on one leg then flip the ball across and do 50 on the other, starting my count again for each new hundred. It gives the calf muscles a real workout. As you are forever having to shuffle around on the standing leg, it is fantastic for enhancing your balance as well. The downside of the workout aspect is that fatigue in the calves becomes an issue once you are in the high hundreds, and is the ultimate killer once you go over a thousand. Including the record, I've been over 1,000 six times. I am guessing you did your 9,500 just going from foot to foot. I have no real experience doing it that way but I am going to have to give it a try as it obviously takes muscle fatigue in the calves out of the equation. Oh yeah - I don't just do keepy uppies and kid myself I am fit: I also slalom through 5 cones (with the ball) until I'm out of breath and do circuits of walk-jog-sprint triangles.
Seeing these people with records over 2000 ad 4000, I've got so much encouragement that I'm gonna practice harder than ever I'm here with my highest record as 3 tho- 🤣

Man, trying to get into soccer as a 24 year old is tough. So much stuff is geared toward kids learning to play in school, or clubs are for kids who are homeschooled or something. I never played as a kid and haven't watched pro play either. Shit's rough out here 😅
Just gotta get out there in parks and stuff find local pitches or indoor spots! I’m 23 and used to play in HS but never really took it serious but now I’m just learning more just for a better cardio workout

I don't know why but when i'm juggling the ball it kinda feels really satisfying everytime I tapped and keep the ball in the air even if I failed one after another try, you know like building up the rythm

Day 1: can do at least 1-2 Day 2: Tried to beat my record and got 3 Day 4: watched more vids and got up to 4-6 Day 5: got 7 by practicing Day 6:still 7 but practicing Day 7: got up to 8-10 This is what might happen to you to but the most important thing is don't give up I hope this motivated u
Hey the initial problem with me is that iam getting alot more of backspin and its being more hard to control a ball like a spinning beyblade , can i get some tips on how to reduce the backspin and what exactly is the drill for that
1. Avoid stiff leg
2. Avoid strong foot only
3. Avoid too high or low
I prolly just gotta work a little on the first one

I think it's possible, but juggling I suppose improve your control of the ball, especially if it comes to you from the air.
