I thought "thee" was used to address superiors and "you" was used for inferiors. That's why when reading through pieces in Shakespeare such as Othello, Othello addresses Iago as "you" because Othello is in a higher position (he is a general) and in turn, Iago addresses Othello as "thee" because Iago is in a lower position (he is a soldier). But interestingly enough, both Othello and Iago addresses his wife as "you" and as do their wives to them - so, that's cool. Take that as what you will.

Things I really enjoy about this video in no particular order: It's gender neutral, it makes me feel like I have a destiny to claim, it's gender neutral, the presentation of the idea that somebody would die for me, the very cool props (wow), and the way it is gender neutral.

I don't usually get into ASMR, I'm more in the sleep meditation or voice actor fanbase, but oh wow, this was a delightful find!
