Make sure you spend plenty of time on the kitchen, always corrected number of bedrooms and bathrooms, a place for laundry if it has one, then the outdoor space. Good luck.
What up Mr. William, I just wanted to tell you I just flew back to Los Angeles from Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta. I visited a co-worker who retired and sold his house in California and bought a home in Guadalajara. The city is so beautiful with so much greenery. His house is so nice with a beautiful pool, and it is in a gated community with a golf course. Then stayed one week in Puerto Vallarta and I loved it. It has such beautiful beaches and now I want to buy a vacation home out there or condo. I love the Orchid Community it was amazing right on the beach with Awesome views. Happy New Year!!

Hi Willian. Nice looking properties but over a million dollars without an ocean view is far too much anywhere in Mexico. Good luck on your new adventure. 😅
I saw you jump from the first houses roof 😂
In Spain 🇪🇸 you can find beach properties for 100k€ +/-
All the homes looked alike. I guess the homes are worth the price in The USA but expected to pay alittle less in Mx. I’m not impressed with the lots they sit on, for that price I expect a bit of a view or a larger lot. I’m going by what you can get for the same money in Texas or Missouri. I think you’d make a great realtor.
Maybe you could get a job filming the houses for real estate agents.
@@saratemp790 no I would do it for myself of course lol
@williamtaudien that's a good idea.. could even sell the clips as a starter
I didn't realize how expensive Puerto Vallarta can be to live. I'm sure there are affordable homes in other colonias. There you are paying to be in the prestigious fraccionamiento
Puerto Vallarta is one of the more expensive parts of Mexico.. tons of Canadians retire there, and that raises all the prices for rentals
Does not matter where you live or how much money you have. YOU are still alone.. give thanks for what you have. and keep your health... ,com..
William. Dude. Love your videos. But explain how you were able to convince the seller to jump in their pool, cool off a bit and then say how overpriced their house is. lol.
Those million dollar homes are about $900,000 more than i can afford. But I'm sure you can find plenty of California buyers who will gladly pay it
I'm from California and could never afford any of these houses.
🎉Happy New Year 🎉
Have a successful 2025 !
Stay well. Stay safe. Peace.
Nuevo Vallarta is now Nuevo Nayarit
