Your cooking show is one of my favorites because you cook like a real person. Everything isnt perfect. You don’t really care enough to check if parsley stems should go in there because you will eat it anyway. Cabinet door open. Come to think about it, you cook like my husband. It’s great don’t change.
Just stumbled across your channel. First off, I’d like to congratulate you on having the absolute best hair on TH-cam. Seriously… I’m jealous of that beautifully manicured Zac Efron-esque mane you’re sporting! Very nice! Second, I really like the way you approach cooking, and the way you don’t take it too seriously. Your video shows that cooking can be fun and easy to do. So… great job on putting out good content that puts a new perspective on cooking!! I subscribed and look forward to seeing more of what you do!
Cute and funny guy. Fresh and enjoyable to see a normal person with a good sense of human. Was looking more what to do with my left over lasagna but did enjoy😊
Today in Philly, 48 degrees and rainy, perfect weather for this soup, it hit the spot. Good use for the last fresh basil from my garden. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Added to my recipe rotation now per family's request, and I have some picky eaters, but they loved it.
Nice. I've seen this recipe all over the place. Lord knows I love me some Lasagna, and ditto for soups. It's that noodle thing that kills me. I used "Bowtie" pasta instead, which is at least another "flat" pasta, without having to deal with the breaking of the large ones. Awesome Bro!
Really loving the cooking vidoes. Your execution is getting smoothers with mouth watering results. The humor is a bonus. You win a 5 star "Beard" award for your improving culinary skills.
Hey Dave! When you cook onions, give them a little kosher salt. The kosher salt brings out the natural flavors of the onion and really amps your recipes up! You did a wonderful job job of chopping the onion! I’ve got to use a little food chopper for all my recipes with onion. If my youngest (a freshman) sees any onion he won’t eat it!
OMG, Thank you for trying to let that cool a bit. I cringed thinking you were going to take a quick bite of that as I always see you do. Love all your channels.
That looks delicious. And I'm so impressed Dave you're adding ingredients without measuring. You're just eyeballing it! And yes I would have broken the pasta a little smaller.
Dave, the soup looks amazing. I feel ya with living in Fl. It's still crazy hot here. But I am a lover of homemade soup. I will be giving this one a try. Keep up the grate work.
Like jason5726, I 'stumbled' across your channel.... I LOVE your channel. I LOVE that you don't take yourself and your cooking too seriously. Takes all the fun out of it when ya do. I appreciate watching you, seeing you do something outrageous and telling on yourself. Knowing you'll be beaten up in the comments, you invite watchers to go ahead and complain... lol. They're gonna do it anyhow, might as well ask for it. You crack me up! So pleased to watch you. Love the "Parm-a-zan" and other names...….. love the comedy...….and all the little goofy things like limiting access to your trash with a camera on top of it. Thank you for just being YOU...….. great channel.... keep up the good work!!! Subbed too.... sooo looking forward to more of the same!
I always do my onions chopped like that. Don't care to bother with diced! I'd do half beef and half sausage. That's my traditional recipe. It sounds delicious!
Going to try this! I make your Marry Me Chicken and it’s awesome!! I have a hard time finding basil in the stores-either missing or almost black so I got mad and bought a basil plant-I keep mine growing in the kitchen window and change the water every day (hydroponics)
If you think you are going to have leftovers~ cook and store the lasagne pieces separately and add as you serve a bowl. First time I made it, the lasagne noodles soaked up all of the extra. Soup
I was wondering if you could chunk up some squash in it like vegetable lasagna. I would probably combine the beef and veggies. 🤷🏻♀️ I like this recipe because here in Oklahoma it can get cold.

I made this Lasagna soup, but I omitted the ground beef and added 1 pound of Jimmy Dean Italian sausage, it was the best!!!
Dave, you are so funny! I love your cooking videos. They are so much fun to watch. You always seem so happy when cooking. I love your other videos as well. You are such a sweet young man. Love your mom and dad and family as well.
I really liked the Marry Me chicken better than the steak recipe but I think it was a texture thing. Going to definitely try this soup. Thanks again. 🧄
I made lasagna soup once. Well actually I made a regular lasagna but clearly I did something wrong, because it was soup. After a day in the fridge, it turned into regular lasagna. I haven't tried cooking a lasagna ever again 🤣
I get judged for using garlic precut in olive oil. To break pasta, put in a ziplock. Though I'd use ziti I mixture of beef and sausage would be best and money friendly than all sausage. i cut soft cheese and grate hard
I am thinking I am going to follow your channel. Love your style. But please... please use a cook's/chef's knife when chopping vegetables, especially something like onions (which can get quite slippery). The knife you're using is making the task more difficult and increasing the risk of slipping and cutting your fingers!
I been watching your flipping channel for a long time, now subscribe to cooking too. How bout your mom be your sous chef and taster?? So far, loved all the recipes and have made a few. ???write a cookbook for dummies??
That “World’s Best Lasagna” recipe writer was the problem. The directions were not clear. After I watched your video, I was thinking about the half’s and thirds and 6 noodles. I decided that they failed to explain… my conclusion… meat in thirds… bottom of the pan and 2 more layers. The rest should be divided in half… 6 noodles for 2 layers is 3 per layer. Cheese divided into 2 layers. Those people who wrote the recipe directions SUCK! You are a great cook, in my opinion, but you can only do so much with crappy instructions!

I love this channel! I love that you seem to be as clueless as I am. You make me laugh every time.
Thank you.

Looks yummy! Definitely going to try to make this sometime soon!
First time watcher. I came up with this soup (so I thought) years ago. Enjoyed your presentation of it.
OMG, Thank you for trying to let that cool a bit. I cringed thinking you were going to take a quick bite of that as I always see you do. Love all your channels.
Most of my Lebanese mother's friends were Italian and she always added fennel seed to her meat balls and pasta sauce.
So excited to try this!!
Love your cooking videos and the soup was delicious 😊😊❤
That looks delicious. And I'm so impressed Dave you're adding ingredients without measuring. You're just eyeballing it! And yes I would have broken the pasta a little smaller.
My daughter and I live in Pensacola! She is a nurse at the hospital. Thank you for the video and listing ingredients!
Looks delicious. Love it when you’ve had caffeine
Your recipe is just like mine! Unbelievable! Always add the fennel! I add more but to each their own. Great recipe!

This soup looks real good 😊
Wow it looks delicious 🥲

Enjoyed your video!!!! Hope I catch another one!!! Thanks
Looks great. Always fun watching.
Made this last night. Thanks for the idea!
If you think you are going to have leftovers~ cook and store the lasagne pieces separately and add as you serve a bowl. First time I made it, the lasagne noodles soaked up all of the extra. Soup
Looks great can't wait to make it. 👍
Nice show!!
I’m going to use creamed cheese in my ricotta mixture! Soup looks very good
I was wondering if you could chunk up some squash in it like vegetable lasagna. I would probably combine the beef and veggies. 🤷🏻♀️ I like this recipe because here in Oklahoma it can get cold.

Could always use the Farfalle (butterfly) pasta...
Think I'll try this.
Look delicious❤
I really liked the Marry Me chicken better than the steak recipe but I think it was a texture thing. Going to definitely try this soup. Thanks again. 🧄
Love that idea, thanks!
Hale and hearty soups in New York did it and as top five soups sold
Can red wine be replaced? Thank you
Hey I really liked your recipe, I’d really like to send you mine to try if you’d like! It’s quite different and it’s VERY GOOD
It's good with fusilli pasta.
Dave I’d buy that merch part of flavortown 😊👍💐
Dave I tried to find the Ultimate Lasagna Soup recipe. I can’t find it. Can you help me I’m clueless what Chat GPT is. Thanks.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I enjoyed watching this video so much and loved all the dad jokes
Hahaha your funny and this will be delicious ❤❤
Thanks
@@CookingWthDaveI made it ,is delicious ❤❤❤❤
How about a different pasta with it? Rotini or bow tie?
I thougt lasagna soup sounded crazy when I 1sr went to Bobbettes's in Milford, CT.and it became my fav soup, they also made cheeseburger soup.
Do you select A.I.'s voice & tone?
yes
Yummmm 😍
You need a good chef’s knife. Be carful that you don’t over cook your garlic, it gets bitter. Stumbled a crossed your channel and I love it.
I made lasagna soup once. Well actually I made a regular lasagna but clearly I did something wrong, because it was soup. After a day in the fridge, it turned into regular lasagna. I haven't tried cooking a lasagna ever again 🤣
Fennel seeds is what makes Italian sausage Italian sausage!
I get judged for using garlic precut in olive oil.
To break pasta, put in a ziplock. Though I'd use ziti
I mixture of beef and sausage would be best and money friendly than all sausage.
i cut soft cheese and grate hard
That’s exactly what I just did 👍
Ok - I am hoping this one is better than the taco sundae soup.
Guy fieri might not be excited about you moving into his flavor town
I add pesto to my soup and lasagne sauce
I am thinking I am going to follow your channel. Love your style.
But please... please use a cook's/chef's knife when chopping vegetables, especially something like onions (which can get quite slippery).
The knife you're using is making the task more difficult and increasing the risk of slipping and cutting your fingers!
You can buy mini lasagna noodles. Bon appetito!
You forgot the Heavy Cream☺️
I been watching your flipping channel for a long time, now subscribe to cooking too. How bout your mom be your sous chef and taster?? So far, loved all the recipes and have made a few. ???write a cookbook for dummies??
Didn't Guy fieri already trademark flavor town?? Next you'll show up with blonde spiked hair and Flavortown shirts.
I’m ready!!
This sounds delicious!
Heavy whipping cream and the cheese added into the pot. When cooking towards the end. At least from all of the recipes I've seen.
"smoother not smoothers'
Fun time as usual. Btw flavortown belongs to Guy Fieti
Get straight to it next time
Use bow tie pasta..... Even easier than breaking pasta and your not making Italian Grandma's scold you.....
No thanks. Thingie thingie thingie
Just so you know - there was nothing ultimate about this recipe. Just watch a few other recipes.

Great Channel but please stop talking so fast it is hard to understand.
TH-cam has an option to slow down or speed up videos.
really shredding cheese is that hard you have to freeze it ???? your didnt even show you eating it, thats the best part?! nah no subscribe
you should chop all your stuff before you film. I hate watching people just chop things , really do we have to watch that? boring
Go away, we love Dave just the way he is
Then why do you watch? I’ve learned from how he chops an onion.
