This is honestly my favorite build. And then failing all of the speech and luck checks but just being a terminator because you're hyper intelligent and hyper violent.
Interestingly enough, in New Vegas Charisma is almost useless by itself. I think I met only one or two instances with charisma check in dialog. All my builds are with 1 point in charisma.
@@dmitriy9053 I'd like to say it's the opposite. It helps a lot with barter because you can't always steal everything and with companion nerve. Double the armor and damage if you have 10 in the stat.
@@meloncholy428 You can level barter independently using points freed by having higher other stats. The lower charisma stat the higher other stats and corresponding skills as well. It is strange to increase charisma just for barter or speech while you can do it using saved points from other skills like sneak. And increase of companion abilities is worthless, you will be much more efficient by yourself anyway, with proper critical hits from sneak attacks.

Just the other day I was at a convention and my friend said to some strangers: "yeah he's not just a jock he's on the dean's list too." Love you Wesley, you're a real one

This is actually really funny, I was doing a melee only build and put 10 points into strength (obviously) and 10 points into intellect, because I want that sweet skill point increase. Anyways, his name is Nuke Dukem.
Built a couple of these in fo4. God the super sledge with the shocker... then the power fist with the spikes... I'm beating stuff up then just bring up my perception and use the minigun... death has found you all and I'm lovin it.
