I just found out last night that it was released. It was "in progress" years ago and every time I went back to it, it hadn't been released. It had probably been a couple of years since I last checked. Glad to see it exists nowadays! Still though, would've been cool if the actual devs did a ui and included it with the emulator. Same with other features. It's still not quite there compared to RPCS3, which is emulating a harder to emulate console.
With all due respect to the Xenia developers. Xenia manager is a god send to Xenia - An actual friendly GUI.😋 Thanks to XM I actually got some games running because the changes I make made sense.
Some more quality-of-life features hope to see in Xenia and Xenia manager - Save States - Like RPCS3 and PCSX2 having access to Xenia manager/game management menu in game. - Xenia Netplay - LAN, WAN and Local client and player list dashboard.
Improvements and QOL enhancements hope to see in Xenia Manager: - Error & bug reporting feature, makes easier to capture and log details strait to Xenia team/discord - Controller navigation support, scrape metadata & artwork into individual game folders. - Eventually become the emulated Xbox360 system home menu for Xenia.
Had my Games deleted by putting xenia manager on my 1tb San Disc microSD together on my legion go, it somehow populated the folder with my roms replacing them, I was also using standalone canary setup with forza 2 specifically. My fix is !!DO NOT RUN ON MICRO SD!! Has anyone else had this issue? Hope this saves someone else the trouble
Is it an I5-8400, 16gb of ram and a 4gb video enough for emulating ps3. xbox 360? If not, what is your recomandation for a system capabile to do emulation, without breaking the bank? Thank you.
That's fine for Xbox 360 emulation. For RPCS3, the 11th-gen i5 or i7 is better because it has AVX512 instructions. After that you're better off with AMD. Regardless, your pc should be okay for RPCS3, as long as you don't try and run Killzone 2 or Uncharted 3.
I have 12400f (without avx512) and rx6700xt....when I switch to directX12 game crashes and in vulkan missing texture, black texture and invisible character like stuffs happen...any suggestions about Xenia build or some specific settings to resolve 😢😢@@n-tertainmentx-tended4760

one question, i used to play games like gears of wars 2 and 3 and golden eye on previous versions of xenia, but so far its been months since latest canary versions (or the latest master) stoped working for me. whenever i open a game it will crash and close (i had to reainstall windows so i tough that was gonna fix the issue but it did not)
It's probably that nightmare program that Microsoft auto installed. Check your installed apps, it's called something like "OpenGL, Vulkan, compatibility" something something. Uninstall it. It's a fking nightmare and ruins emulators. I also factory reset my computer before figuring this out. Also, Microsoft auto installed this back onto my computer a week or so ago but this time I knew what to look for; so heads up it can come back

Later I see the Add Game window, my game file looking Box Art '' Empty Xbox Live Cover '' and '' ? '' icon on... Why? You can very easy load. Why I can't do. We totaly have same game file for Forza 2 Motosport, RDR and my other games.

i have a weird problem with audio delay only when i launch game with xenia manager and not straight from xenia canary , of course i have changed quequed frames to 16 in both cases
@@n-tertainmentx-tended4760 i have delete and reinstall xenia manager , it is like the settings do not apply, like the the frames are still 64, when i check the config file it is indeed 16 regardless the delay is there , manually downloaded xenia canary same date build doesn't have the delay after i change the queue settings

The XM dev has merged builds of Xenia Netplay to preview builds, so now you can play Xenia with that online multiplayer version.

Is good for Xenia getting a UI that everybody could use, it its an excellent emulator that somehow is underrated
mine too, if I enter the game directly through the canary it works but if I enter through the handle this error appears
it also support Zar format of compressed rom as emulator itself.

Good to know. Xenia Manager has a few issues still, but it's better than nothing.
Gotta say it's running fantastic on legion go with 15w preset, some games at 20w

@@TheSpyros3 You have to save settings for each individual game. The default profile is useless, I think.

No, because Xenia runs in so-called "portable" mode. All files and config docs are running in the same folder.
