When I was 17 I had a pretty bad drug problem with cocaine. until on day my dealer gave me some LSD I had the worst trip I've ever experienced it lasted for about 18 hours. When I finally came down, I felt normal for the first time since I was a kid. I've been clean for 6 year's I believe if I hadn't done LDS that day I'd be dead.

Especially in medical research when you look at the negative side effects of Lsd And Shrooms its more rare and much less dangerous than other drug we commonly use today. LSD was singlehandedly the most important and significant experience of my entire life. It created a shift in the way I move through life in a way that's extremely difficult to put into words. I know it is a bold statement, but I truly think most humans beings would benefit significantly from the responsible use of LSD. The long list of positive benefits to LSD, in my life, have been permanent. For most people, their understanding of psychedelics only comes through the media and Hollywood's caricature of them, neither of which even come close to exemplifying the benefits of psychedelics. If I could describe LSD in one word it would be: beautiful. Not scary, freaky, or as frightening as most people would think. Doing a psychedelic also helps you come to a better spiritual understanding of what exactly took place with the hippie movement in the '60s. To those considering it or just curious, it would fascinate you to do research on this chemical that has changed so many lives.

Only possible way of having a bad experience with it is if you don't know what the fuck you're doing, and if thats the case you shouldn't be doing psychedelics at all. It builds mental strength and thinking from different perspectives becomes a norm. There was this lady who visited my old school to tell us about her one time experience with LSD, and while it had been an AMAZING experience for her, the long term effects had basically ruined her life, or atleast parts of it. For example her memory was completely fucked and she had trouble building memories. So while most people who've tried LSD come out fine, this lady didn't. It was a one time thing, and she only consumed very tiny amounts.
I'm on acid right now and am having a total beautiful experience. I also have cancer so coping has been hard and acid has just made me happy. I cried some tears of joy, enjoyed the bright lights and laughs. Its helped with my digestion and my schizophrenia & anxiety.❤

I've tried about every drug out there.. LSD was the only one that opened my eyes. Never had a flashback, sustained from alcohol for a decent bit, had a GREAT time, woke me up to problems I was putting off in a positive manner, cried for the first time in over a year (made me feel damn relieved), and I can't recall one bad side effect. I never felt closer to my friend I tried it with. I started to realize how many things I took for granted and how selfish I was acting in many circumstances. I would suggest LSD to anyone who is ready to try it. - and by the way, I'm schizophrenic. I feel that the psychology world has written off LSD for schizophrenics because it may further psychosis. At least in my case, it reversed them or at the very least - came to terms with them to the point of diminishing them.

I have tripped upwards of 30 times with no bad trips, don't do psychedelics at night, take shit and shower 1st, buy some bottled water and Hubert lemonade, for food I always go granola cashews and dark chocolate, I always smoke right after the tabs are under my tongue and intermittently during the 12ish hr trip, definitely have a safe place, I usually trip alone but as long as you like everyone it's awesome lol
its not negative for everyone bro. Ive done it upwards of 30 times with similar results too however it is mostly who you are with that will cause a bad trip that would fuck you up. alone have been my best trips most people just let fear in and it governs their perception. i mean youve prolly encounter some off putting vibes I know ive had bad trips that ive undone with more good trips im all tripped out though just weed for me now which honestly if you dont over use it you get some similar visuals and such but thats really just case by case person to person.
You say don't trip at night, but I think that's something for newbies only. My most recent trip (150ug after taking 3 .25g dabs, 300mg of eddies, and at least a gram of bud, long story short, I was shconed and decided to trip at midnight) I was outside at night for a good portion of it and the stars were gorgeous. They ended up connecting to make a grid which was really cool

it is, Glastonbury 2007, Arctic Monkey's set, Dizze Rascal comes out of nowhere to perform Temptation Greets You Like Your Naughty Friend and my mind was blown, the thoughts and the colors oh the beautiful colors appeared in waves as if I could see the sound waves coming from the Amplifiers and Microphones, the color waves we're perfectly synchronised with the music, I thought I was losing my mind but was having such a blast at the same time, Twas a Night to remember literally as I occasionally have flashbacks to that particular trip. I'm too old now to put my jock strap on for another round but for everyday of the festival I took LSD, yet the flashback is always the same and it happens very rarely but it's always a flashback to that moment in that set when they played that song. My advice, try it once in an environment you consider safe and fun, go all out make sure you're in a good mood and think about how awesome of a time you're going to have on it. That was my LSD experience, magic mushrooms are okay, but it's just basically giving yourself a really bad case of food poisoning that causes the hallucinations, I didn't really enjoy it that much.

From what i have seen we do not have proof that it produces in our brain, but proof it produces in the brains of rats. Its also largely debated wether you excrete a super dose of the goods when you die, because people who know dream states well will tell you its completely different from dmt for one. Plus you dont need dmt for your brain to have a religious experience. But your right, dmt is most probably the most intense, most eye opening while still physically safe drug in the world, the benefits it yields to those who treat it with respect are massive.
First time i tried shrooms, it cured me of my depression and anxiety. The second time i tried them, i got a glympse of something scary, for a moment (aprox an hour) i felt no emotions whatsoever. I was not impaired in anything ive been doing, but nothing felt right. I was home but it did not feel like home. I was in my room but i percieved it just as this plain room full of furniture. The decorations ment nothing, the feelings were gone. But it was merely an unpleasant ending of what was an awesome trip.

salvia and DMT work in very different ways and produce very different effects. That's why the "power level" is subjective, and only potency is measurable. Salvia is one of the most potent natural psychedelics, more so than DMT, so there's nothing wrong with what he said.

That's what surprised me the most when I took Lsd, I felt like things tasted like colors and things smelled like colors, to the point where if I smelled something with an intense smell, my vision changed to the color that i "smelled" or "tasted"
being honest, I've done my fair share of tripping and am no stranger to acid (in essence research chemicals) when you do "lsd" 99% of the time you're taking a synthetic strain. that being said, I have had a few bad trips, and I do have some mild perceptive damage to my eyesight because of it. this shit really can mess you up permanently and I'm lucky the damage done to me wasn't life threatening. on a final note, acid NEVER leaves your system. after the 1st time if you're given a spinal tap they will find it.

The biggest problem I see with it is that people try to touch a new reality when they've never fully dealt with the first one. It's as if they think the purpose of the first reality was simply to allow them to find LSD so they can get to the next one.

I ended up being homeless due to various circumstances and I had convinced myself that I was going to die soon. So I decided to trip on LSD, it has never worked on me before but I had experiences with mushrooms (years before that). I went overboard and tripped on 1080 micro grams (6 drops, 180 micro grams each). I was watching myself losing control over my senses, it felt like someone was trying to unplug me from something I didn't even know exist. The trip lasted from dusk til dawn and alot was going on, it's really hard to describe. During the trip I had the feeling that I was "almost there" but I was missing something or not doing something I was supposed to do. While sitting infront of a fire I heard horse hoofs behind my back like a herd was just passing by, something was whispering behind me and shadow figures rushed towards me only to dissapear again. I wasn't even able to react to those things because there was alot more then that going on every second of the trip. When I woke up the next day I've lost my interest in drugs, took care of a few things, avoided going to jail and now I am considering therapy for various reasons. It was interesting but I wouldn't recomend doing that much LSD, I would advice against it, losing your mind or developing a psychosis after something like that is not unlikely. Take care of yourselves.

Flashbacks are a myth. "Flashbacks" caused by hallucinogens are merely a form of PTSD caused by a traumatic psychedelic experience. You cannot randomly "flash back" unless you have Hallucinogenic Persisting Perception Disorder or you have triggered a memory which is associated with such experience. Also, there is a large body of evidence suggesting that EVEN IF flashbacks are not a myth, they don't necessarily even have to be BAD flashbacks. Additionally, in most cases, these "flashbacks" are triggered or influenced by the use of cannabis, a psychedelic. Take this advice from somebody who has had more than 20 powerful psychedelic experiences, not some dude who talks the talk without walking the walk.
My first time doing acid, it was some high quality, white on white, California lsd. I did two tabs. Never did I lose my mental capacity. I was fully aware I was tripping, could still walk and make decisions. For me it was amazing though. I listened to a Playlist of music I had made prior, on repeat, for 7 hours lol. I was sitting on my back patio at night. My cat was hanging out with me too and looked like an amorphous ball of chocolate with eyes. The walls were moving quite a bit and music echoed in my head like it was the voice of God, probably due to my headphones possibly amplifying the lsd audio effect it has. At one point I just smoked some weed and then about 2 hours later I went to bed still tripping, then woke up still tripping a little bit, smoked some herb again then went grocery shopping. good times.
lsd brings an awareness that everything is alive around you . Watch trees on a windy day on lsd they live and breathe as we do its an amazing mind altering experience. Anything that can bring me to a place where i can have thought provoking , profound ideas that stay with me after the trip is something to be loved and respected.
My most crazy experience with these drugs; 7 tabs of acid at once and only one way to describe it: the loss of reality was so severe that it defied explanation.

StopTurtle its really hard. the easiest is to compare it to lucid dreaming, even tho it is alot diffrent it is the thing that gets you closest to the feeling without any substances. well meditation can give you a similiar feeling aswell, but takes alot of training for most people. try to learn how to lucid dream if you are intrested, its really cool actually, you can guide your dreams basicly :)

Lsd and I are one hell of a drug. From talking telepathically to people, to reading people's minds and everybody being in my head learning everything personal about me, to changing the VIBE around people around me. I can't help my mind stop wondering what we live in, i can have a trip like seeing things move, but why only do that when you can unlock so much more power within the brain. I’ve taken a lot of psychedelics. It really is hard to put into words what you gain from them, and the unspoken, what you lose from them. I think, in reality, I’ve gained happiness. Ive also lost brain conpasity.... I’m pretty sure. At a young age I was put into something in California called the GATE program, which is essentially “gifted and talented education” which you need to have a certain IQ to get into. My IQ was measured at 130 in third grade. Once I reached six grade I was using many different psychedelics.. I dropped out of School in ninth grade. I wasn’t able to even focus on a cartoon and follow it. I moved to Hawaii and tried some designer hallucinogens and gained a new perspective. I now have my Masters degree in nursing. I took an IQ test in psychology class and ended up with the same exact IQ score of 130. The only difference is with my train of thought. I know that I struggle with focusing. I am positive that it has to do with the amount of hallucinogens that I ingested.I don’t know if what I am saying matters to anyone, but I’m an open book so please ask any questions

Even just LSD and Mushrooms (especially mushrooms) is a million times more life changing, eye opening, and beautiful than cannabis. As far as I know lsd doesnt force serotonin to stick around in the brain, it actually mimics serotonin in the brain.. the body mistakes lsd for serotonin.
My experience on shrooms was otherworldly, i dont have the words to explain it. It really changed my life made me see the world differently than i did before. Really, really spiritual, so peaceful. Did not see neither visions (not counting dizziness) nor things in my subconsciousnes, did not feel particular happiness either, just usuall heart racing, heat flashes, discomfort in my stomach, plus felt debiliitated unable to talk to people, make a decision, find a toilet, make or get food, take elevator., with needs but unable to take care of them. In short - debilitating experience with no real benefits.
I'm guess that's exactly what it is. PTSD. PTSD can certainly happen if the user is convinced that what they are perceiving is definite reality. Until a person is able to lucid dream, I don't think they should trip. Lucidity is very important to maintain, whether that is while dreaming or while tripping that lucidity carries over.
Ive experimented with my fair share of drugs and the only bad trip Ive ever had was on salvia...the one that's legal! I took a hit, sipped my beer, and then exhaled but I don't remember exhaling. It was the most terrifying few minutes of my entire life. My eyes rolled to the back of my head, I fell and ripped my jeans and had no memory of even moving as if I had a seizure or something. Faceless shadow alien figures around me told me that my entire existence was an illusion and nothing I've experienced in my life actually happened. I came out of it after just a few minutes (felt like hours) surrounded by my friends staring at me looking terrified. I was paranoid and didn't feel like myself for at least 2 days.
I took lsd for 2 years or so and i had a bad trip few days ago, in a perfect comfortable environment with my friends. I just smoked too much weed, also drank pretty much (enought to be drunk without the other shit). The whole trip was awsome but shortly before i wanted to go to bad i feel in a endless period of halluzinations, sounds and voices i heard in my head, mandala that i saw when i closed my eyes, i felt like loosing myself and all control, i had panic attects to the point where i nearly collapsed and i have never been more afraid. Did i learn anything? Yes dont mix lsd with weed and alcohol (ive did it before and it always was great) But the things i saw and thought didnt make sense. For one part inwas convinced i was going crazy and i‘ll be stuck in this forever (psychosis) which is normal i guess But i thought i was a cat, i imagined two of my friends to suddenly turn gay and let me tell you, these are Most definitly nowhere near post traumatic dramas or fears i am dealing with. Dont overdose kids, no matter how mentally stabil and experienced you are.
Acid is wonderful for helping you appreciate the world and experiencing it in different ways. The point made about areas of the brain connecting is very true, during one trip I was literally able to taste music. I was drinking iced tea but it tasted like Close to the Edge by Yes. Just amazing.
I had a panic attack on acid that lingered in varying degrees of hell for the next 4 months. Until I got a klonopin prescription. During that time I got addicted to heroin, which seemed the only thing that actually worked to temporarily get rid of my anxiety. To this day (I think 4 years later, but the timeframe is all fucked up because I was so preoccupied with my mental state) I have periodic flashbacks, but they don't last long. I'm not telling you not to do it, because the first 3 or 4 times I took acid were some of those incredible experiences I've ever had. But don't be fooled into thinking that psychedelics are all flowers and butterflies. You have the potential to completely breakdown, however rare that may be.

my exgirlfriends mom worked as nurse at a psyquiatric hospital in spain and she used to say there was a nut head there tha hadt od on lsd,had been stuck in a room shouting for days until he fell asleep she said it was the craziest dude she'd ever seen and she had been working there for 25 years, "just gone" quoting her. When he could more or less communicate (years later) he said hundreds of horses where trampling over him and that's more or less all he could remeber about that fit.

1:40 "flashbacks" only happen if you've had a traumatic trip, and the flashback is a symptom of PTSD. Sometimes people get hddp where sometimes visuals stay with them for even when they're sober, but it's only visual, not psychological, not a flashback. Just don't want people to think that after taking psychedelics they'll randomly get flashbacks to it.

To be honest; I never saw any kind of 'shapes' in the clouds. I did however see so many tracers to be abstracted with the objects such as cars, moving your hands, and associating your senses with movement. It distorts a lot of your abilities. To be included, there are way too many things going on that can be put into words if you've had a strong enough dose of LSD. Research Chemicals (RC)'s are being created throughout the midwest in my state and even in some parts of the coasts. The RC's are similar to being able to 'trip' but instead distort things in a different sense. To sum up what I'm saying, RC's can give you shapes that you see but no tracers, (being able to see your hand or something move for a couple of seconds), so that being said. You were ripped off. But to end it, LSD, even doing it once; will make any human being see life's perspective in a different way, aspects will change, daily life is different in your own mind set. It's truly amazing. (Even bad trips like what Joseph King was saying up there on the comments.)

When I was 17 I had a pretty bad drug problem with cocaine. until on day my dealer gave me some LSD I had the worst trip I've ever experienced it lasted for about 18 hours. When I finally came down, I felt normal for the first time since I was a kid. I've been clean for 6 year's I believe if I hadn't done LDS that day I'd be dead.

LSD was singlehandedly the most important and significant experience of my entire life. It created a shift in the way I move through life in a way that's extremely difficult to put into words. It's also near impossible to compare it to anything unless you have ever tried a psychedelic.
I know it is a bold statement, but I truly think most humans beings would benefit significantly from the responsible use of LSD. One trip is all that is needed to create lifelong changes in who you are. It helps you step back from your societal conditioning and see our planet through an objective lens. The long list of positive benefits to LSD, in my life, have been permanent. For most people, their understanding of psychedelics only comes through the media and Hollywood's caricature of them, neither of which even come close to exemplifying the benefits of psychedelics. If I could describe LSD in one word it would be: beautiful. Not scary, freaky, or as frightening as most people would think. Doing a psychedelic also helps you come to a better spiritual understanding of what exactly took place with the hippie movement in the '60s.
To those considering it or just curious, it would fascinate you to do research on this chemical that has changed so many lives.

Only possible way of having a bad experience with it is if you don't know what the fuck you're doing, and if thats the case you shouldn't be doing psychedelics at all. It builds mental strength and thinking from different perspectives becomes a norm. There was this lady who visited my old school to tell us about her one time experience with LSD, and while it had been an AMAZING experience for her, the long term effects had basically ruined her life, or atleast parts of it. I've tried about every drug out there.. LSD was the only one that opened my eyes. Never had a flashback, sustained from alcohol for a decent bit, had a GREAT time, woke me up to problems I was putting off in a positive manner, cried for the first time in over a year (made me feel damn relieved), and I can't recall one bad side effect. I never felt closer to my friend I tried it with. I started to realize how many things I took for granted and how selfish I was acting in many circumstances.
I would suggest LSD to anyone who is ready to try it. - and by the way, I'm schizophrenic. I feel that the psychology world has written off LSD for schizophrenics because it may further psychosis. At least in my case, it reversed them or at the very least - came to terms with them to the point of diminishing them.

I have tripped upwards of 30 times with no bad trips, don't do psychedelics at night, take shit and shower 1st, buy some bottled water and Hubert lemonade, for food I always go granola cashews and dark chocolate, I always smoke right after the tabs are under my tongue and intermittently during the 12ish hr trip, definitely have a safe place, I usually trip alone but as long as you like everyone it's awesome lol

My most recent trip (150ug after taking 3 .25g dabs, 300mg of eddies, and at least a gram of bud, long story short, I was shconed and decided to trip at midnight) I was outside at night for a good portion of it and the stars were gorgeous. They ended up connecting to make a grid which was really cool

it is, Glastonbury 2007, Arctic Monkey's set, Dizze Rascal comes out of nowhere to perform Temptation Greets You Like Your Naughty Friend and my mind was blown, the thoughts and the colors oh the beautiful colors appeared in waves as if I could see the sound waves coming from the Amplifiers and Microphones, the color waves we're perfectly synchronised with the music, I thought I was losing my mind but was having such a blast at the same time, Twas a Night to remember literally as I occasionally have flashbacks to that particular trip. I'm too old now to put my jock strap on for another round but for everyday of the festival I took LSD, yet the flashback is always the same and it happens very rarely but it's always a flashback to that moment in that set when they played that song. My advice, try it once in an environment you consider safe and fun, go all out make sure you're in a good mood and think about how awesome of a time you're going to have on it. That was my LSD experience, magic mushrooms are okay, but it's just basically giving yourself a really bad case of food poisoning that causes the hallucinations, I didn't really enjoy it that much.

First time i tried shrooms, it cured me of my depression and anxiety. The second time i tried them, i got a glympse of something scary, for a moment (aprox an hour) i felt no emotions whatsoever. I was not impaired in anything ive been doing, but nothing felt right. I was home but it did not feel like home. I was in my room but i percieved it just as this plain room full of furniture. The decorations ment nothing, the feelings were gone. But it was merely an unpleasant ending of what was an awesome trip.

I ended up being homeless due to various circumstances and I had convinced myself that I was going to die soon. So I decided to trip on LSD, it has never worked on me before but I had experiences with mushrooms (years before that). I went overboard and tripped on 1080 micro grams (6 drops, 180 micro grams each). I was watching myself losing control over my senses, it felt like someone was trying to unplug me from something I didn't even know exist. The trip lasted from dusk til dawn and alot was going on, it's really hard to describe. During the trip I had the feeling that I was "almost there" but I was missing something or not doing something I was supposed to do. While sitting infront of a fire I heard horse hoofs behind my back like a herd was just passing by, something was whispering behind me and shadow figures rushed towards me only to dissapear again. I wasn't even able to react to those things because there was alot more then that going on every second of the trip. When I woke up the next day I've lost my interest in drugs, took care of a few things, avoided going to jail and now I am considering therapy for various reasons. It was interesting but I wouldn't recomend doing that much LSD, I would advice against it, losing your mind or developing a psychosis after something like that is not unlikely. Take care of yourselves.

Flashbacks are a myth. "Flashbacks" caused by hallucinogens are merely a form of PTSD caused by a traumatic psychedelic experience. You cannot randomly "flash back" unless you have Hallucinogenic Persisting Perception Disorder or you have triggered a memory which is associated with such experience. Also, there is a large body of evidence suggesting that EVEN IF flashbacks are not a myth, they don't necessarily even have to be BAD flashbacks. Additionally, in most cases, these "flashbacks" are triggered or influenced by the use of cannabis, a psychedelic. Take this advice from somebody who has had more than 20 powerful psychedelic experiences, not some dude who talks the talk without walking the walk.
My first time doing acid, it was some high quality, white on white, California lsd. I did two tabs. Never did I lose my mental capacity. I was fully aware I was tripping, could still walk and make decisions. For me it was amazing though. I listened to a Playlist of music I had made prior, on repeat, for 7 hours lol. I was sitting on my back patio at night. My cat was hanging out with me too and looked like an amorphous ball of chocolate with eyes. The walls were moving quite a bit and music echoed in my head like it was the voice of God, probably due to my headphones possibly amplifying the lsd audio effect it has. At one point I just smoked some weed and then about 2 hours later I went to bed still tripping, then woke up still tripping a little bit, smoked some herb again then went grocery shopping.

StopTurtle its really hard. the easiest is to compare it to lucid dreaming, even tho it is alot diffrent it is the thing that gets you closest to the feeling without any substances. well meditation can give you a similiar feeling aswell, but takes alot of training for most people.
try to learn how to lucid dream if you are intrested, its really cool actually, you can guide your dreams basicly :)

Lsd and I are one hell of a drug. From talking telepathically to people, to reading people's minds and everybody being in my head learning everything personal about me, to changing the VIBE around people around me. I've been through a ton of shit on lsd, and seen a ton of things such as the firmament above our heads for no apparent reason. I can't help my mind stop wondering what we live in, i can have a trip like seeing things move, but why only do that when you can unlock so much more power within the brain. I always tell myself the more power you want the darker things get.

I’ve taken a lot of psychedelics. It really is hard to put into words what you gain from them, and the unspoken, what you lose from them. I think, in reality, I’ve gained happiness. Ive also lost brain conpasity.... I’m pretty sure. At a young age I was put into something in California called the GATE program, which is essentially “gifted and talented education” which you need to have a certain IQ to get into. My IQ was measured at 130 in third grade. Once I reached six grade I was using many different psychedelics.. I dropped out of School in ninth grade. I wasn’t able to even focus on a cartoon and follow it. I moved to Hawaii and tried some designer hallucinogens and gained a new perspective. I now have my Masters degree in nursing. I took an IQ test in psychology class and ended up with the same exact IQ score of 130. The only difference is with my train of thought. I know that I struggle with focusing. I am positive that it has to do with the amount of hallucinogens that I ingested.I don’t know if what I am saying matters to anyone, but I’m an open book so please ask any questions

It does not make you see the light that's just your imagination. You just got really stoned man. Weed is nothing compared to psychedelics. Even just LSD and Mushrooms (especially mushrooms) is a million times more life changing, eye opening, and beautiful than cannabis. The only possible way cannabis can get you there is if you have already tried real psychedelics because your mind will be able to go back to that.

As far as I know lsd doesnt force serotonin to stick around in the brain, it actually mimics serotonin in the brain.. the body mistakes lsd for serotonin.
My experience on shrooms was otherworldly, i dont have the words to explain it. It really changed my life made me see the world differently than i did before. Really, really spiritual, so peaceful. You want to get it from people who use psychedelic drugs, like people who know these things. You basically have to trust the source, otherwise You can be eating anything. It's a piece of paper, or a drop of tasteless liquid if You get it in liquid form. Also, do lots of research so, You know what You are getting yourself into. Acid is amazing but it can end-up ugly if it's bad acid, or it;s not acid and it;s something else, etc. Good Luck!

Did not see neither visions (not counting dizziness) nor things in my subconsciousnes, did not feel particular happiness either, just usuall heart racing, heat flashes, discomfort in my stomach, plus felt debiliitated unable to talk to people, make a decision, find a toilet, make or get food, take elevator., with needs but unable to take care of them. In short - debilitating experience with no real benefits.
So if I want to blow my mind, use LSD or Shrooms. Got it!

I'm guess that's exactly what it is. PTSD. PTSD can certainly happen if the user is convinced that what they are perceiving is definite reality. Until a person is able to lucid dream, I don't think they should trip. Lucidity is very important to maintain, whether that is while dreaming or while tripping that lucidity carries over.

Ive experimented with my fair share of drugs and the only bad trip Ive ever had was on salvia...the one that's legal! I took a hit, sipped my beer, and then exhaled but I don't remember exhaling. It was the most terrifying few minutes of my entire life. My eyes rolled to the back of my head, I fell and ripped my jeans and had no memory of even moving as if I had a seizure or something. Faceless shadow alien figures around me told me that my entire existence was an illusion and nothing I've experienced in my life actually happened. I came out of it after just a few minutes (felt like hours) surrounded by my friends staring at me looking terrified. I was paranoid and didn't feel like myself for at least 2 days.
I took lsd for 2 years or so and i had a bad trip few days ago, in a perfect comfortable environment with my friends. I just smoked too much weed, also drank pretty much (enought to be drunk without the other shit). The whole trip was awsome but shortly before i wanted to go to bad i feel in a endless period of halluzinations, sounds and voices i heard in my head, mandala that i saw when i closed my eyes, i felt like loosing myself and all control, i had panic attects to the point where i nearly collapsed and i have never been more afraid.

For one part inwas convinced i was going crazy and i‘ll be stuck in this forever (psychosis) which is normal i guess
But i thought i was a cat, i imagined two of my friends to suddenly turn gay and let me tell you, these are Most definitly nowhere near post traumatic dramas or fears i am dealing with.

Acid is wonderful for helping you appreciate the world and experiencing it in different ways. The point made about areas of the brain connecting is very true, during one trip I was literally able to taste music. I was drinking iced tea but it tasted like Close to the Edge by Yes. Just amazing.

Wish I could find those things where I live
I had a panic attack on acid that lingered in varying degrees of hell for the next 4 months. Until I got a klonopin prescription. During that time I got addicted to heroin, which seemed the only thing that actually worked to temporarily get rid of my anxiety. To this day (I think 4 years later, but the timeframe is all fucked up because I was so preoccupied with my mental state) I have periodic flashbacks, but they don't last long. I'm not telling you not to do it, because the first 3 or 4 times I took acid were some of those incredible experiences I've ever had. But don't be fooled into thinking that psychedelics are all flowers and butterflies. You have the potential to completely breakdown, however rare that may be.

my exgirlfriends mom worked as nurse at a psyquiatric hospital in spain and she used to say there was a nut head there tha hadt od on lsd,had been stuck in a room shouting for days until he fell asleep she said it was the craziest dude she'd ever seen and she had been working there for 25 years, "just gone" quoting her. Should at least fiddle with LSD a bit before trying DMT, from reading all the trip reports I'd love to but I'm rushing myself into something that's gonna completely overwhelm me
1:40 "flashbacks" only happen if you've had a traumatic trip, and the flashback is a symptom of PTSD. Sometimes people get hddp where sometimes visuals stay with them for even when they're sober, but it's only visual, not psychological, not a flashback. Just don't want people to think that after taking psychedelics they'll randomly get flashbacks to it.

To be honest; I never saw any kind of 'shapes' in the clouds. I did however see so many tracers to be abstracted with the objects such as cars, moving your hands, and associating your senses with movement. It distorts a lot of your abilities. To be included, there are way too many things going on that can be put into words if you've had a strong enough dose of LSD.
Research Chemicals (RC)'s are being created throughout the midwest in my state and even in some parts of the coasts. The RC's are similar to being able to 'trip' but instead distort things in a different sense.
To sum up what I'm saying, RC's can give you shapes that you see but no tracers, (being able to see your hand or something move for a couple of seconds), so that being said. You were ripped off. But to end it, LSD, even doing it once; will make any human being see life's perspective in a different way, aspects will change, daily life is different in your own mind set. It's truly amazing. (Even bad trips like what Joseph King was saying up there on the comments.)

there has been deaths of over dose LSD.. but I heard it was because this guy was going around squirting however much Into everyone's mouth without any precautions.. it was likely they were probably drunk and high on other stuff to.
also people have tripped put and killed themselves on LSD to you really have to have a good mental grip.
People have hurt or killed themselves after taking lsd but no one so far in the documented history of humanity has ever died overdosing from lsd
Yeah some people are ignorant and some are really irresponsible, a young guy I knew who was basically a little brother to the group had always had mental and social difficulties and some one sold him enough LSD to get him way too high and after coming down he ended up committing suicide, hence why selling LSD is attempted manslaughter, which I don't disagree with. All hallucinogens being controlled to the point of illegal without a religious pass I Do disagree with, people would know more and know better.
