    Toyota Tundra reliability with a possible 20mpg hybrid setup?!?
    Yes, please! I can’t wait to see these on the road! 😎👍

      So funny, I was thinking the whole time I was working on this, if this thing gets around 20mpg it will be a knockout! Thanks for the comment :)

      @@ImperiiAuto it’s probably going to get 30. Mark my words. The twin turbo will get 24 combined

    I am torn also by the hybrid side of things. The truck is definitely a large departure from that last model. Most of it in a good way. The rear coil spring set should lead to a good ride. And thank you for explaining the 1794 meaning. Sadly I never knew that. Keep the videos coming.

      Thanks much! Ya the hybrid thing will definitely be a sales point for some people both for and against.

      We shall see… my one hope is Toyota doesn’t mess around and engineered this v6 right. Appreciate the comment Vic!

    Hybrid translates to more complicated, more expensive repairs

    Full size truck without a V-8 is a no sale for me. I like Toyota quality and reliability but I thought they usually study the market before releasing a vehicle to compete in it. CAFE be damned...the market wants a V-8 option in a big truck.

      I know a lot of people who feel the same way… I think Toyota should have at least offered a v8 option like Ford does, thanks for the comment!

      Should have a v8!!!!

      @@azphilip1960 Pretty sure the tuner shops already have their V-8 swap package plans ready. Ha.

    Dont like the grille, and about time they have an up to date interior.

    • @ImperiiAuto
      @ImperiiAuto  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ya interior was long overdue…. I’m holding off final judgement on the grill until I see it in Person, but ya it looks a bit much lol

    Not really saving money on gas if you have to use premium gas for the twin turbos

    • @ImperiiAuto
      @ImperiiAuto  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That’s a very good point!

    No V8.. No Tundra.. V8 with timming chain and cast iron block

      And that my friend is what all my tundra friends are saying! For what it’s worth, you know Toyota will do the v6 turbo properly at least
