Vidya talking about her experiences with family, her views on her own body, her hormonal issues and how it dictated her self worth being a fat girl made me tear up a bit. As someone who goes through this it's so refreshing to see a celebrity put these conversations forward. Dare I say, this is one of Ranveer's best celebrity podcasts yet.

@@loblyamii6166 actually I respect your opinion
But if you don't have a bad health history and suddenly out of nowhere over a certain period you face pcos it might be because of the rejection of femininity I was really healthy till 6 th but as soon as I got period and boundaries about clothes behaving as girl I had issues with being a girl and i wanted to be better than a boy
I wanted to be independent and never need a man in my life
I hated pink color most girls loved it and it was used to represent girl
I hated serials because most womans loved it
Even now I hate senseless serials but i love some serials but is still afraid to admit it
Hate makeup but sometimes I just to look pretty
I rejected my femininity most times
      And i have hormonal issue
Also I have mental war inside me
I have many issues trust issues anger issues depression s lf harm and all it began with rejection of my self
      I was a happy kid
And i realised when I was happy in 8 th i didn't had many health issues
But soon in 11 th i wasn't so happy and got a lot of health issues, pains, weight gain, body issues

What a lovely conversation, I didn’t even realise the time pass by until the 49th minute. Definitely fell in love with her all over again and the way you carried it along and let her be was dope. You definitely let ppl be themselves around you and that’s also what most ppl look for in relationships, all the best Ranveer! I hope your divine timing comes a little early as well 😊

A great video for people who are going through depression. I am going through depression and I know how hard life can be. Thank you Ranveer. Actually I should thank you for two podcasts, Sushant and Vidya. Being gay myself the podcast with Sushant boosted my confidence and this podcast with Vidya boosted my mental health. Wishing you all the best. Keep rocking.

I have had pcos all my life…
I resonate with the reason Vidya mentioned for pcos
    Many don’t talk about it
Root cause for me too is the rejection of feminine energy
    Thanks for talking about it

So glad to hear this conversation ❤ It was so deep and liberating. It really felt like coming from a very experienced and detailed observer of life. Thank you so much for much. Feels great to get perspectives from someone in her 40's for a 18 year old like me.

You can almost feel that sort of quiet but resilient strength inside Vidya, enduring and overcoming those initial struggles!
And its so refreshing to have someone unpretentious from bollywood who speaks like a normal human being.

Thank you for this beautiful conversation. What Vidya touched upon while discussing the PCOS/PCOD issues, came from a place of reflections she had when working with her healer (when she spoke of rejection of the feminine). For anyone interested in mental/emotional cause & effect of physical conditions, I would recommend exploring the work of Louise Hay and her book You Can Heal Your Life. Speaking as a student of Reiki healing myself, it gives such a beautiful explanation on energy & how it can manifest in our lives. Hope this is helpful for anyone who may need this today 🙏🏼
