Second, if calories are reduced and your body is more active you will loose weight. Unless you are only 5 lbs overweight or have a medical condition it has to work. I have abs now, and its not from jogging miles and miles or lifting hundreds of lbs. If weight is a real issue and these don’t work please see a doctor. Being healthy is the best gift you can give yourself. The things I did are now my way of life. The ladies love touching my body! I’m loving it. Wishing you good luck.

I dont all the training which is advised on TV doctor youtube. etc. nothing no improvement - I am after my age 66 atheletic - well 2 kilos to much not mor.e .I was in thaialnd when I was 47 first time.. told my doctor. . he say well we get older libido are falling - so I take the pill.. and it work well... my health check every year says am fit for fight, " strees " I often hear its BS - I dont have stress. and I know and meet many others who has same problem - they do same like with 0 results..

I doctor told me in pats that kamagra was not licensed for use in Thailand so he gave me a prescription for Viagra instead. I think all Kamagra in Thailand is generic and uses the same ingredients as Viagra, but in gel form.
Trev, with the greatest respect I’m not sure you,understand what intermittent fasting is. You mentioned going to bed at 9/10pm then getting up early but not eating til 10 so only doing 12 hours. Unless you eat just before you sleep that’s not correct. The 16 hours is from the time of your last meal in the evening, so in effect if you didn’t eat after 6pm, then again the following day at 10am, then you have had a 16 hour break from eating and will be doing a 16/8 intermittent fast. Those timings are the easiest I would say to carry out the fast. All you gotta do now is not eat or booze after 6pm or if you do, add the time on the following morning, eg finished at 8pm so won’t eat til 12am etc. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

You might say oh but I drink red wine and there’s a study that people live longer……..Did you actually read the study? Or did you like hearing good things about your bad habits? If you read the study the non drinking group didn’t live as long as the drinkers. A scientist will ask who were the non drinking group it turns out they were reformed alcoholics who had been told to stop drinking by their doctor. The damage had already been done. It’s bad science, it’s like doing a study on smoking but the non smokers gave up smoking last Tuesday. Also alcohol consumption increases cancer risk by creating an environment in your body that promotes cancer. Lay off the booze guys, spend your money on different experiences and broaden your horizons.
Be aware: There are times when low testosterone is not such a bad thing. The most common example is probably prostate cancer. Testosterone may stimulate the prostate gland and prostate cancer to grow. Men taking testosterone replacement must be carefully monitored for prostate cancer. Testosterone may make prostate cancer grow. Further: Men get started on testosterone replacement and they feel better, but then it's hard to come off of it. @@packageism No. Because I take hcg. It keeps test production going as well as fertility. The only thing u have to keep an eye on is red blood cell count and lipids. Especially cholesterol.
FYI re aging weight & energy - I've found fewer carbs & sugars (pizza, pasta, rice, bread, sugar, cereal & alcohol) plus more protein (inc meat) and fibre (veg & salad) helps. I still enjoy everything - just with more wisdom nowadays...

I just saw this and 9000 Bhat seems pretty expensive. I am going through trt in the US and if you are injecting yourself it only costs about $50 USD a month for the vial and syringe. The autoinjectors are about $150 USD / month. I guess if you include the doc visit and labwork it might be more. As far as money out of my pocket it's not that much though. When you start you get one blood test for total testosterone(Bioavailable, free, total, etc), FSH, LH, Estradiol, CMP, CBC, lipids, PSA, Prolactin. Then again in 6 weeks because that's how long it usually takes for your levels to stabilize. Then you go up or down in dosage if needed and repeat until you get dialed in. And you want to go with one or two injections per week. Any less than 1/week and you may feel the up and down effects due to half lives of the test (Enanthate and Cypionate). My doc doesn't do sust or the others so idk much about them.
Super informative, why not visit your local Sexual health clinic for a MOT. The handshake with that nice man in a white coat with an iron grip is for the history books. Be tested and sensibly risk assessed .You could be vulnerable to Hepatitis B for instance, something my own test unearthed. Simply Put right by inoculations. Get it done well before you travel. Be sensible and safe everyone.

I was interested in getting checked here till he said 1 testosterone injection a month,that is a very outdated protocol. Thai trt clinics here are out of touch with the most beneficial trt protocols. Once a month you would feel like total crap by week 3. Thanks for the info though.👍

I use to do bodybuilding , I trained with a professional competitor who used steroids , he said even with low to no testosterone, he was still able to perform with his gf, there is obviously a phychological element to it provided by the androgenic side of the testosterone as opposed to its anabolic effects
A bodybuilder on TH-cam stated he doesn’t like to cycle up to high because he still wants to satisfy his girl. It was by the German bodybuilder that recently died in Pattaya.

I was having hard on issues around 2018-19. My testosterone levels were very good for my age but my adrenal function was flat lined. I was put on adrenal medication and within 1-2 months I was back on track. So if you are having these older man issues, make sure your adrenal function is good because if it's fukked, your testosterone is comprised.
I don't see anything saying his registered with the medical council of Thailand. i would rather trust a normal gp in Thailand and can get your blood test from a proper lab which will probably cost less as well. lots of risks to this drug to your heart as well as liver. its a very involved process also once damage is done to the heart and kidneys is irreversible so although they will see it there is nothing that can be done about it you are now a cardiac patient.
@@notinservice3724 I've worked for the ns for 15 years and in 3 months i will be a qualified nurse. there is nothing being done here you cant get done at a respectable Thai hospital or registered doctor, especially if you get a all over health check with blood work. also you can get the weight loss injections brand names saxenda or wegovy from most reputable pharmacy's along with the other medicines. life lab on third road will also do the blood tests for you to take to a proper doctor and will cost you less as well

@@packageism No. Because I take hcg. It keeps test production going as well as fertility. The only thing u have to keep an eye on is red blood cell count and lipids. Especially cholesterol.

I just saw this and 9000 Bhat seems pretty expensive. I am going through trt in the US and if you are injecting yourself it only costs about $50 USD a month for the vial and syringe. The autoinjectors are about $150 USD / month. I guess if you include the doc visit and labwork it might be more. As far as money out of my pocket it's not that much though. When you start you get one blood test for total testosterone(Bioavailable, free, total, etc), FSH, LH, Estradiol, CMP, CBC, lipids, PSA, Prolactin. Then again in 6 weeks because that's how long it usually takes for your levels to stabilize. Then you go up or down in dosage if needed and repeat until you get dialed in. And you want to go with one or two injections per week. Any less than 1/week and you may feel the up and down effects due to half lives of the test (Enanthate and Cypionate). My doc doesn't do sust or the others so idk much about them.

Super informative, why not visit your local Sexual health clinic for a MOT. The handshake with that nice man in a white coat with an iron grip is for the history books. Be tested and sensibly risk assessed .You could be vulnerable to Hepatitis B for instance, something my own test unearthed. Simply Put right by inoculations. Get it done well before you travel. Be sensible and safe everyone.

Thai trt clinics here are out of touch with the most beneficial trt protocols. Once a month you would feel like total crap by week 3. Thanks for the info though.👍

I use to do bodybuilding , I trained with a professional competitor who used steroids , he said even with low to no testosterone, he was still able to perform with his gf, there is obviously a phychological element to it provided by the androgenic side of the testosterone as opposed to its anabolic effects

I was having hard on issues around 2018-19. My testosterone levels were very good for my age but my adrenal function was flat lined. I was put on adrenal medication and within 1-2 months I was back on track. So if you are having these older man issues, make sure your adrenal function is good because if it's fukked, your testosterone is comprised.

I don't see anything saying his registered with the medical council of Thailand. i would rather trust a normal gp in Thailand and can get your blood test from a proper lab which will probably cost less as well. lots of risks to this drug to your heart as well as liver. its a very involved process also once damage is done to the heart and kidneys is irreversible so although they will see it there is nothing that can be done about it you are now a cardiac patient.

@@notinservice3724 I've worked for the ns for 15 years and in 3 months i will be a qualified nurse. there is nothing being done here you cant get done at a respectable Thai hospital or registered doctor, especially if you get a all over health check with blood work. also you can get the weight loss injections brand names saxenda or wegovy from most reputable pharmacy's along with the other medicines. life lab on third road will also do the blood tests for you to take to a proper doctor and will cost you less as well
