      Narrow-minded? He literally begged politicians to act beyond news/election cycles, to think of the well-being of the country in the long term. That's the exact opposite of being narrow-minded. Ignorance is what you just said.

      I fear that even Mr. Murray does not get the connection between Euro DNA and European Culture.... I hope I am wrong..... He seems to take pride in his Culture , but does not see his White Euro-ness as a component of that Culture...... Could ANY DNA have developed the Roman Empire, The British Empire, and the American Empire ... Did Sub-Saharan DNA provoke the Enlightenment and eventually personal freedoms, advance Science, Space exploration, Computer Technology, modern Medicine ??? ..... Is it really just the location that matters?? Remove all German DNA people from Germany and replace them with Haitians, then come back in 50 years...... What would you expect ??? Mercedes hovercraft? Or a third World Hell Hole..... I mean no disrespect to any Culture or People, and I celebrate the differences.... But can we at least admit,,,, there ARE differences.

    • @michaelhart1072
      @michaelhart1072 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Reasonable Speculation not without evidence that there is significant DNA differences whilst controlling for cultural factors.

    There's no debate. The west is better without Islam. Stop talking about"Cultural enrichment" as if it's a two way street, better cultures can enrich others but not the other way around.

Do you remember what you were? And what you might be again... if it is not too late. Perhaps, it is. Let us hope the torch will not go out in the New World, as I fear it will in the old.

      " It is too late to avoid civil war. The only question now is who will win that war." The Muslims will lose a civil war in Western Europe if for no other reason than Eastern Europe won't let the West fall to Islam. The real question is what type of dictatorship will emerge after. Will the far right or far left be the ones to rule over the formerly free Western Europe.

    I'm not as sanguine as Douglas with regard to free speech in the UK. He knows very well (or ought to) that free speech in the UK is under threat from "hate speech" ordinances, recently compounded by a rather sinister announcement from the UK's Director of Public Prosecutions setting out broader, more prescriptive prosecution policies targeted at those whose opinions "offend" others.

    • @willnill7946

    • @1dk22
      @1dk22 6 ปีที่แล้ว +27

      And if we have any way out of this, it starts with those immigrants who desire to live in the West embrace western culture and western values loudly and wholeheartedly, and more importantly, reject the values that run counter to the values of the West, which happens to be many of tenants of Islam. It would be scary and difficult, but it must be done. Those in the west must also insist this happens. We need assimilation, not capitulation

      My view is similar Brother Ares, but I go a little further and say that I am against migration from cultures that are directly opposed to ours. Most Hispanic cultures are compatible. Islamic theocratic cultures are not. This from an American perspective.
      I know that people want to be compassionate with refugees, but it isn't just about that. As said in this interview about Bill Gates on Germany. Bill Gates eventually said Germany would destroy its country if it kept the course of immigration. So then the debate comes down to 'help the immigrants at the cost of everyone in the country?'

(aka invaders). We no longer do this theater with Israel, we simply admit that they as a people have a right to exist. Why can't we do the same for western (white) culture that has given the world everything of value?

    To acknowledge that your race is the one that is responsible for producing the culture - that you do feel comfortable recognising - that you do feel proud of isn't madness. Madness is reducing being proud of the people responsible for that culture to simply being proud of skin pigmentation as if that's the only difference between the races. Douglas there is a reason why Europe produced the art, industrial revolution, scientific revelation etc that make up this culture that you esteem. It's because of the race of those people. These things didn't happen in Pakistan, Eritrea or Somalia they happened here. If the European people are replaced then that culture will go away very quickly.

      No, we don't need to help them and shelter them. It's time for these people to fix their own countries. The West has been a shining example for over 200 years. It's time for shitty countries to start following The West's example. It's time we told other countries to fix their shit!

    The Europeans laughed and laughed at our silly American 2nd Amendment and our ridiculous obsession with guns.
    Those laughs have long passed.
    The new 'European laugh' sounds more like "Oh no" !

    The more I hear Douglas speak, the more annoyed i get with our politicians and the media and their dishonesty over immigration and particularly Islam. An example of mistrust was the screening of a BBC Panorama documentary about neo-fascists in Germany this week. I feel myself asking was this programme aired at this time to coincide with the German elections or was it to deflect from the amount of Islamic terrorist attacks Britain has suffered this year. I feel myself believing it to be the latter as how many times has their been an Islamic attack in Britain and some MP from the left gets interviewed and starts barking on about Far Right extremism in Britain.

    We conflated race with culture and thats become a huge problem.
    Are you a proud black person? Of course
    Are you a proud white person?
    "Woah there,dangerous road to go down,not a white supremacist are you?"
    Like Douglas was saying,its exclusionary and things like supremacy movements are inevitably going to be created-you can only insult or degrade one group and elevate and promote another group so much before there comes about a backlash.
    I don't like or condone white supremacy but i can see it being an inevitable outcome based on that.

    All religions are just ideologies and as such, some are better than others from a human rights perspective. There is CLEARLY a difference with Islam when you see that 13 countries in the world where you can be executed just for being gay, and all are Islamic. That isn't an accident. We don't accept other violent and oppressive ideologies and Islam is no different.

    I admire Murray for his courage...he says some very difficult things. Rubin however tries to outdo his guest with tagged on hyperbole which just cheapens the seriousness of what’s being said....like when Murray said “you can live freely as a hamas commander in London”..Rubin adds rather disappointingly..“you’ll probably even be celebrated”...that was a totally unhelpful comment which only smacks of populist rhetoric and fear/disgust mongering...the exact thing we really don’t need. I have reservations about how deeply held Rubin’s “enlightenment” ideas/ideals are.
