I accompanied Paul on this hike & when he showed me a preview of this video I couldn't believe how close to the day it really was. His photography skills are amazing showing exactly what you see on the hike.... It was just like I was walking it again though I recall putting up with far more cheek than made it to the final product 🤣🤣🤣 We were lucky with the weather ... the following week it was showing !! Autumn colours around Grasmere are fantastic and Paul has captured the true essence of the season .. Just love that sunset. Well done Paul another fab video 😊

And I like to get around too 🤭 to different areas like Scotland, Wales etc. I've still clocked up 51 Wainwrights this year and this hike was the first there for 5 months. I do love hiking in the Lakes especially when the weather was like it was on this day. Christine does put up with my cheek but it's only a laugh or is it cos I'm a hermit lacking social skills 😂 I'm glad you enjoyed the views captured from the day tho.
