While her English voice isn't very good, the japanese version isn't much better. The SF3 version has such incredible energy behind it that it puts these ones to shame. x)
Makoto doesn't speak to opponents during a match, she SCREAMS at them.
it's definitely a tough act to follow. Her character definitely comes through way stronger in 3 vs 4
Which is strange, because I'm pretty sure it's the same VA in Japanese. The screams are actually the thing that made me love her and want to play her in 3rd Strike.
It's the same JP voice actress, what are you talking about? She's still constantly yelling throughout the match. If you genuinely think the voice in SF4 is "not much better" compared to the english delivery, then you don't know the character. Or you just have no good memory of SF4.

also wow the english dubber didnt get the assignment AT ALL. She has a nice voice but that is not Makoto
