The difference here, as I see it, is NASCAR determines qualifiers for the playoffs with too much emphasis on winning a race. The playoffs should be set with top 12 point earners, and from there, base your eliminations on points over 3 or 4 races. Wins get to much credit in a sport where, apparently, blocking and sandbagging are ok

Denny and his 30% of team , is a joke Mj is amazing but not a racer. But again I. The end Denny is a joke and just crying like a little baby. ( so to speak) I would use different words but then I would get into trouble. Even though the videos say way worse than I ever have.

I do not like Denny! I'm a 22 fan but Denny is right the 22 sucked all year! first of all and this lawsuit is the up and coming boys verse the old school owners and NASCAR! When NASCAR stop giving races to the old short tracks in North Carolina that was there down fall! Then what a CRIME to stop giving Pocono 2 races a year! How Nascar forgets how Pocono supported them when they were failing in the late 70's early 80's! Shame on NASCAR!
