Honda City 5th generation has got some minor cosmetic changes in the latest facelift that includes a new alloy design, a different bumper design that has a diffuser at the rear, and a different grille pattern with lesser use of Chrome. Other major changes that are done by Honda is by providing ADAS in V, VX, and ZX variants along with 6 Airbgas as standard in these variants. A new SV variant is introduced in Manual Transmission which gets features of the V variant of outgoing 5th Generation City.
Another variant City - V is launched at 18.89 lacs for the Hybrid version which comes in CVT AT and 8 years of battery warranty.

5th gen was coming with ESP,VSA, hill hold assist,4/6 Airbags, agile handling assist, tpms etc from 2020 than Gimmicky bigger touchscreen, air purifier etc and Now in 2023 Some manufacturers started giving these safety features in their cars

Test drove the facelift today, the sales person mentioned the camera has been upgraded from VGA to 1MP, although to me it still didn't feel much impressive, but it was around 6PM. For some reason driving it felt better than the Kushaq 1.5 DSG which was tested back to back with City. Build quality no doubt is better with VW and Skoda.

Honda should collaborate with Nissan and bring the 1.3turbo petrol unit from Kicks in City in order to compete with 1.5TSI from Virtus/Slavia and upcoming Verna with the 1.5TGDI engine. Also, since Honda doesn't have a flagship SUV, they could sell the Kicks in Honda badges. Now this will benefit both Nissan and Honda. Hey,
I have the same question too. And having tried both Sedans for quite sometime. I would bet my money on Honda. For these reasons:
Better low speed drive comfort than 1.0 TSI
Better price and feature combination compared to Virtus (which is my pic in VAG)
Reliability and peace of mind. VAG still needs to improve
Comfort as a family car. Very premium
I think that AT on Virtus is very good if you want to go for Automatic. If you are however a manual lover, ivtec 4-cylinder is just too good

Though I live in metro city and cement roads are there but when we go in small town or in certain parts of city roads speed breakers and potholes are unavoidable. Sir someone mentioned ac performance of City isn't that chilling. Saying it's on par with Virtus 1.0 TSI AC performance.
Another person mentioned City has to undergo service twice an year as compared to Virtus which go for service after 15K kms. Is it true ? Service interval might be 10K or 6 months I think that's why. So, service actually might be bit more than Virtus
What's ur take on that ?
ADAS isn't RADAR Based and reverse parking camera should be with dynamic guidelines. If it would have been made like Virtus with a higher GC then there would have been no competetion.

In terms of the vehicle's safety, Honda has mentioned on its Indian website that the city (the one made in Thailand) has secured 5 stars in ASEAN NCAP. But, they have failed to mention that the one manufactured in Thailand is based on G-CON safety body structure, while the one sold here in India is based on ACE body structure. City 4th generation, which came with ACE body structure, has secured 4 stars in Global NCAP, and its bodyshell was declared unstable. In my opinion, Honda is misleading the customers.

@@cahardiksingh6332 Verna is also very reliable car. In its present stunning look and with 1.5 turbo petrol Verna is having edge over NA City. I’m not bashing any product or any company. I think Honda should introduce turbo engines which is already in sale in other market
