As great as both Martin and Tom playing is, I always marvel over the drummer Felix Lehrmann! Damn he's good!! Not taking anything away from Martin and Tom, but Felix is, in my opinion, one of the main reasons why Martin's studio vids, always has a killer energy. Great job Felix!!

That was awesome. The more I hear of Tom Q in this kind of setting the more I appreciate his musicianship and phrasing. He just floats over the top so well. The tones from both of you perfectly contrast and compliment each other at the same time.

I can honestly say I’ve never heard anyone cover a song so perfectly. And not like ‘Classic Albums Live’ perfectly, they bring back the original song, but add their own energy and twist to it, like they own it.

Yeah, they killed on the Toto medley, but the keyboards volume were also just too dang low in the mix, not doing himself justice, because he is that good and should have been heard.
Jeff Pickering don’t why keyboards aren’t ever loud enough,in my opinion,the keys are the coolest sounding instrument in the band,most sound people just don’t get it.
Probably had too much bleed in the piano mics to use much louder in the mix, The piano is a grand and fully open with no dampening. Totally made that mistake a few times myself recording ;P

Omg, that second solo blew my mind! Don’t get me wrong, the first one was also very impressive, but the second was really in the style of Steely Dan in capturing the odd (amazing) phrasing and choices of notes that make Steely Dan so interesting.
