This is so brilliant. AI is working for me. Guys, you can even have AI create your business plan - in various iterations- in 30 seconds. Amazing. I've done this and it is incredible how accurate it is.
One saying I use a lot > "the system is perfectly designed to get the outcomes it already produces" I know the famous phrase is "the purpose of a system is what it does (POSIWID)" Purpose and outcomes are a little different. If you have quality issues, your system is designed to get that outcome... to get better quality you need to change the system. I spend a lot of time talking about green fuels. Some people get a little angry because they want to see EVs everywhere. In my view, the grids are not going green fast enough and there is no real EV trucking solution. The system is producing the results it is producing... basically the status quo for diesel. I see no harm in exploring other strategies, especially if you start with a small focused use-case (private, not lobbying for the same scarce government incentives.)
Nicheing up! - I love it
We completely agree! This is one of the great insights that Seth shared in this episode of The Leadership Standard. Thank you for tuning in, Nancy!
