I'm sure I read somewhere that Obi-Wan had a fling as well. He wasn't in much of a position to judge.
Also, I'm guessing quite a few Jedi had secret romances. Generally speaking vows of chastity aren't that effective.
Well if he did say something to council Anakin would probably leave the Order. The answer maybe brotherhood but i think he was ''afraid'' of losing Anakin if he decide to do something about it with current situation.

Ben Fleischman most like they all knew, but they kept their silence due to the insane pride of the council, where if they had to admit they knew about the relation, they would have condemned and banished Anakin from the order immediately. Most Jedi didn’t agree with the policy, but the Jedi Council was determined to hold the old ways no matter what, which got them killed in the end

To put it easily, if you handed that man a full glass of water, he’d dump it and say it’s empty. I always had a feeling that Obi Wan knew the whole time what was going on with them. Almost seemed like he would look the other way at times. Anakin and Padme were probably 2 of The closest people to Obi Wan, I can only imagine with how wise Obi Wan is that he knew and kept that secret!
Of course he did, many people close to Anakin had their suspicions and looked the other way. Obi-Wan once had a brief relationship with Satine, so he understands and would be hypocritical of him to disapprove.

I mean in the deleted scenes for episode 3 when he goes to talk to Padme after Anakin goes bad he outright admits to her he always knew but kept it secret because she made Anakin happy.

@@oroshithegodeater2590 Rex didn't exist at the time. Ani's and Obi's clone pal was Alpha-17, an ARC trooper. Funnily enough, he gets crippled in the final battle against Ventress, as a means to explain his absence from Episode III.
The Clone Wars creative team considered canonising Alpha, but ultimately decided to create an all-new character, Rex (sharing some of Alpha's traits and quirks) to avoid his name alliterating with Anakin and Ahsoka

Apparently in the director's commentary for the second volume of the 2003 Clone Wars. One of the people began talking about how one scene where Anakin and Padme met for the first time since Anakin got his scar from Ventress, he said that this scene was meant to imply the night in which Luke and Leia were conceived.
New canon regarding Jedi relationships: “The Jedi are allowed to have sex with anyone they want but no overly emotional relationships are allowed.”
Me: So the Jedi order is filled with fuckboys and fuckgirls? I mean the Sith at least somewhat encourage romantic relationships to a means to an end.

The Sith denounce sentimentality as much as the Jedi do, but for different reasons. The Jedi say that your attachments make you unstable and question your commitment to the Order, the Sith believe your attachments make you especially vulnerable. This tenet of the Sith philosophy is rather deeply explored in the character arc of Darth Malgus, and also to a lesser extent in the arc of Darth Thanaton

So this event of Padme and Anakin's vacation takes place......after Anakin was knighted and before Anakin eats the insects and becoming the Ghost Hand to Nelvaanian in Clone Wars 2003.
The scene where he reveals the eye scar is the "halfway point" of the microseries. Hell, before the Big Reset the 2008 Clone Wars series was originally meant to take place there since they already know Grievous and Ventress. Then, the bug eating scene would take place.
Based on the clone wars (tv show) obi wan also struggled with a loved one and I think he related to Anaki and he essentially brought the two together in Ep 1 and 2. In Ep 3 it can be seen where Obi Wan secretly knew, like the line “Anakin is the father, isn’t he”. And then in their final moments of when he says “I have failed you Anakin”. He loved his Brother and wanted the best for him, that evidently led him to the dark side tho
