The main thing to remember is to mainly eat whole foods and avoid overly processed stuff as much as possible. And eat a variety of foods.

I love what you are all teaching us however you always do it soooo quickly. It shows you're under a time limit which takes away from the whole 'education lesson'.

Has anyone ever been satiated by a piece of dark chocolate and 15 almonds?

Yes many, they’re just infrequently Americans. Not all places have the relationship with food we do.

Well this segment really provided no useful information for anyone and was too short to have any actual content.
Fibre is a non-essential nutrient. Also, imagine distinguishing between 30g and 28g, what an unnecessary and pointless distinction.
Dark chocolate has some worthy minerals is a little high in heavy metals and there are way better options.
Vegetables are way overrated, the vitamins in them aren't very bioavailable. Once cooked there's basically only cellulose left.
Blanket water recommendations are ridiculous and people have taken it too seriously and now drink too much water. Also drinking from plastic bottles is not good as they can leach hormone disrupting xenoestrogens. Impressed to see added salt mentioned though, that's rare for mainstream media.
Snacking is probably one of the worst ways to sabotage your health - eat 2-3 meals, don't consume anything in between meals.
No mention of protein which most of the populace vastly under eat. No mention of dietary fat (from animals) or oils (from fruits). No mention of how toxic seed/vegetable oils are.
    2/10 for helpfulness.

I’d give it even less. The information about dark chocolate is probably sponsored by Mars and Hersheys . The majority of Americans are metabolically unhealthy, and she gave them zero information on what could actually help. But what do you expect from mainstream media and people who are trained in the lies that made us all fat and sick.
